This may be old news for some, but it is a real gem and worth recalling.

A stunningly Catholic talk, both informative and inspiring, given by H.E. at none other than a secular conference.!  It was put on by the American Free Press exactly two years ago on November 9, 2013 in Austin, Texas.  The talk is a most wonderful defense of the Faith given before an audience which may well have been made up by a good number of Americanists, populists, constitutionalists, etc.  The gathering may even have contained some out and out anti-Catholics as well.  No matter -- H.E. courageously told it like it is!

At the very beginning of the talk the bishop gave an endorsement of traditional Catholic activist Hugh Akins's powerful and brilliant masterpiece ѕуηαgσgυє Rising: A Catholic Worldview of Anti-Christian Judaism and Counterrevolutionary Resistance.  Later in the talk he held up the book a second time for the audience to see it.  (The graphic front cover of the book alone was actually enough to frighten some too politically correct "Catholic" press from advertising it.  It was heavily advertised in the American Free Press, however!)  The video is also linked at Akins's website at  Catholic Action Resouorce Center .  

To help his listening audience follow along H.E. had wisely disseminated a schema of the talk.  Possibly someone reading this may have a copy of the schema and would be willing to post it in this thread.

I may disagree with him ecclesiologically, but you can't help respect him.

Not enough time to write up a complete transcript, but I did want to highlight at least some of the quotes from this remarkable talk keeping in mind all the time that this was not just a cleric singing to his religious choir so to speak.  No, it was a Roman Catholic bishop speaking in a very Catholic way to a presumably rather "mixed bag" audience, at least some of whom were likely to have been rather anti-Catholic. to at least one degree or another.  (The AFP Conference was actually hosted by one of its main speakers -- none other than Texx Marrs, the arguably very anti-Catholic Protestant.  See for example: TEXX MARRS and VATICAN RISING by TEXX MARRS.)

Bishop Williamson's talk as outlined by the schema he had wisely passed out for the audience was about the last 500 years from the breakup of Christendom down to modern times along with some educated speculation as to how history will proceed until the very end of the world.

1:01  "...and I soon recognized the [sic] that the Spotlight and the AFP is [sic] the work of lovers of their country and lovers of truth, not necessarily of Catholicism, but if I didn't think that Catholicism was the truth I wouldn't be a Catholic."

4:18  "The problem in one word is Godlessness.  The world has turned its back on God."

5:14  "Those who refuse that immense offer [from God] deserve an immense punishment and that is the fires of hell."

6:23  "Everything in this life is about God -- for him or against Him, and of course Godlessness is a huge ...um...a huge taking of a position against him."

9:37  H.E. mentions Henry VIII and goes on to give a fascinating explanation of how it was that a historian once told him without any hesitation that this king was the most important person in American/U.S. history.  He goes on to castigate the Protestant Reformation for having waged war on the Catholic Church.

15:20  H.E. faults the American Constitution for being detached from the Catholic Church.

15:27  "The Catholic Church matters because God matters!"

22:37  "Globalism is going to be virtually the rule of the devil."

23:14  "I hope you take seriously the existence of Noah and the existence of the flood"

25:48  H.E. speaks of the disastrous revolution of Vatican II.

27:24  H.E. explains why what the the world deserves today is "something much worse than the deluge in the day of Noah."

38:50  "...the Goyim are simply cattle..."

40:32  H.E. explains why the Jєωs are so powerful to this day.

42:31  "And the one thing today that they [the Jєωs] could not handle is the Catholic Faith."

44:25  "The problem [of the world] is big and deep...is the refusal of God, the refusal of our Lord Jesus Christ, the refusal of His Church."

44:50  H.E. speaks about Archbishop Lefebvre and the SSPX and tells how the SSPX "threw me out."

47:20  "[By the American Constitution] the states did have the right to secede"


54:52  "...the solution [of the world's greatest problems] can only be a true return to the true God in His true Church; the true Church is presently crumbling."

56:47  H.E. holds up the book ѕуηαgσgυє Rising as he refers to "the ѕуηαgσgυє rising."
