Francisco, Fr. Chazal is based in Manila and Fr. Joe is in Bohol, hence the need to meet with Fr Couture in Manila. As for the korean chapel, I am sure he would and the same goes for Singapore. I have welcomed both Frs back to Singapore and Fr. Joe will be making a route which will cover this part of Asia, i.e. Philippines via Singapore via Malaysia via Korea ?via Japan in october before going back to the US. :cheers:
