Title: Status update of Bishop Tissier de Mallerais

I remember hearing the story that +Tissier was being held "prisoner" in Chicago.  Is he still located there?  And, do resisters still think this is true?  I think +Tissier still preaches against an agreement with Rome.  Am I correct in thinking that?  And, if he is still in Chicago, how accessible is he?  Is he active in a parish saying mass?  I would like to know more about him.  So, if anyone in Chicago or wherever he is located can comment I would appreciate it.

Bp. Tissier imprisons himself; totally ineffectual. I think ABL's bishops were chosen for their inertia.
