This is incorrect. 
He is going to be providing Mass to the locations that have pulled their support for Fr. Pfeiffer in Chicago and elsewhere.

What is s.t.a.s.?
The other Benedictine brother who was with fr. Arizaga, left him. 
God bless fr. Arizaga for leaving fr. Pf and helping the faithful!
