    • I'm sure many of you have seen this video.  I just watched it for the first time recently.  It got my thinking about the Resistance Movement, and its final end.  According to Bp. Williamson, the Resistance will also succuмb to the spirit of apostasy, as Satan directs more of his attention to it.  I won't go into any more detail about it since someone may want to watch the video.  Do you agree with Bp. Williamson's analysis of the 7 Ages of The Church, and how it relates to the Resistance?

    Yes at the 56 minute mark, he says: “In tradition, and that's now strong in the resistance. It's interesting. It's down the ages.
    There's a pattern that keeps repeating itself down the ages. Father Hewko knows a good deal
    about the Cristeros, who were the heroes of the Catholic resistance to the Masons in the 20th
    century. A tremendous story.
    And they were betrayed by the church. Counter-reformation. Then the devil comes back and
    attacks again.
    So this time, it's liberalism that swings off to the left. Liberalism. Vatican II sweeps almost the
    whole thing off to in line with modernism.
    It's the retread of modernism, which is the retread of liberalism and Protestantism. It's all
    basically the same thing. The church, Archbishop Lefebvre continues the straight line of
    Catholicism.
    Archbishop Lefebvre. He sticks to the true faith and continues the straight line of Catholicism.
    Straight.
    He holds straight and he also begins to rebuild. His society begins to expand throughout the
    world. A few years ago, well a year ago, the last few years, the society has been all over the
    world.
    And there are a few countries, well there are many countries the society has been all visiting,
    priest visiting. Now, the society expands and we've got the SSPX therefore. Now on this pattern,
    what's going to happen next? On this pattern, the devil is going to come back and he's going to
    take a great chunk of the SSPX with him.
    No. In line with Vatican II, in line with modernism, in line with liberalism, and in line with
    Protestantism. In other words, what's now happening, the corruption of the society today,
    which is a retread of Vatican II, happening inside the society, is entirely in line with this total
    pattern.
    It's yet another swing to the left. It's absolutely normal and natural for our corrupt world, for
    the corrupt modern world, to produce yet another swing to the left. So it's, it falls into shape, it
    falls into place so to speak.
    It's very sad, it's wrong, it's not right, and it's not wise, but it's happening. And so what again is
    the, this time there's almost nothing left so to speak, almost nothing left, to keep, it's the dear
    little resistance. So it's, that was a remnant, this is the remnant of a remnant, and in a few years
    time the same thing will happen again, if the resistance pulls itself together, give it a few yearsand then the resistance will fall again.
    There'll be a chunk of the resistance that swings off to the left, if God doesn't intervene
    between now and then. So it's very sad, again you notice that this is the fifth age of the church,
    from Protestantism through liberalism to modernism and the end of the fifth age. At the end of
    the fifth age, before the chastisement, it's natural that the society would also get corrupted.
    I hate to say it, it's not, you know, it's not naturally, it's not normal, it's not natural in one sense,
    because apostasy is not natural, but it's normal in another sense because it's the way the
    modern age is. So if we're realistic and see things as they are, we see that what's happening
    now to the society is all too normal for our wicked age.”
