If Fr Boyle said that the laity should not get involved, which I do not doubt, as it
comes from an honorable source, I 'll just chalk it up to the continuing brain washing of the
SSPX clergy. My heart, truly, goes out to the best of them. They did not get into the priesthood to be against the faithful. For most of the good ones , they genuinely sacrificed their lives to work for Christ and save souls. Even though they had certainly heard Christ's admonition through St Paul ( " if I or an angel of light were to teach you a new doctrine, Let him be ANATHEMA!"),
how often do you think they were told by Schmidberger, Lorans, LeRoux, Rostand, Fellay (and the rest of the traitors)," now, listen closely, young seminarians: some day soon we, your professors snd superiors will be bringing you a new doctrine-- a doctrine contrary to thr Catholic faith. And when we feed it to you, we sill sugar coat it and make it look real good! But, your duty is exactly what Our Lord said: resist us and let us be anathema!"
They probably didn 't hear that at all. What they did hear was:
"Obey,Obey,Obey." "We are the standard for the Catholic Church--
Follow only us!"
And they ( the seminarians) saw with their own eyes what happens to those who
fall "out of favor" with the dictator: they get marginalized, stripped of "Plum " appointments,
Sent to Africa or Zimbawa, or India. They are expelled, derided, and calumniated. Look at the lies they still repeat about the " nine " from 1983! Even last fall, in Ridgefield, as Fr. Rostand was telling tall tales about the "Nine" ( the SSPV fathers), when he was corrected, his only response was, "well, that's what I was told--I wasn't here then!" ( thats right--from the Superior of the District !)
So, the priests-- we pray they wake up and stand up soon! But as for our duty, it is clear. We are confirmed Catholics, we are not members of the Masonic religion, so we are bound to fight for Christ , and His rights. And we are still free to fight for Christ.
And we take our charge from the order of Cardinal Bacci, who, along with Cardinal Ottaviani, Archbishop Lefebvre, and Bp. DeLaurier, wrote the famous Intervention, when asked by one of the
Leading laypeople of Tradition who brought Archbishop Lefebvre to Australia in 1972, "Your Emminence, what can be done?" "dear faithful", the Cardinal replied, "you will have to work
To restore the Church! "
So, don't listen to the ill-advised Fathers Boyle! And so we work .
Save our souls
