    • Well, thanks, that is a pertinent thought. Just Huondering where is the perspicacity of the thousands of Sspx faithful? 13,376 days since +L consecrated 4 bishops, and lo and behold, no fresh consecrations!
    On a humorous note, how 'bout Sspx going to Rome after the Pope's High Requiem Mass( Traditional Latin  maybe?), and then in this golden state wherein all Catholics are "Sede Vacantes", Fr P. gives his OK and just like that,  6 bishops, without the permission from the Holy Pontiff!

    • Well, they'll claim there was necessity due to being down to 2 where I suppose they'd be just one jab-induced myocardial infarction away from having a single bishop left.

    • The time is ripe to have conciliar "bishops", perhaps even a "pope" to perform it. Neo-sspx has been desperately waiving its "we're not extremists nor bad schismatics who don't approve of new rites" card for more than a decade. They don't bat an eye anymore about novus ordo clergy (going to sspx) taking over their confessionals and simulating Masses. They showed their willingness to burn the incense before man made inventions with infamous Hounder's oils.

    Think about it, isn't this the logical next step in this unholy symbiosis? You give us the "bishops" and we show that we fully accept your new rites so just consecrate them in it. Oh, how happy the Taylor Marshalls of the world will be. 

    Again, the only ones to spoil the party will be sedevacantists, independent and to an extent Resistance trads.
