I wish the laymen who make these recordings would realize that you aren't just "saving some hard drive space -- the more the better!" when choosing a bitrate for these recordings.

For me, at least, the recording is almost un-listenable because of all the MP3 artifacts due to the high compression rate they chose.

You don't get something for nothing, come on!

When you go from 20 MB to 10 MB you DO give up something.

Nevertheless, I'm guessing the content is very, very good, so I might have to listen to this sermon anyhow.

  • I would say, this sermon is a bombshell.  Coming forth on Pentecost and preaching the truth fearlessly.

Sadly, this now places Father at great risk of the vindictive vengance of Menzingen. We can now see that there are indeed
Priests who are willing to fight for our Faith.  There is hope.

There are actually 4 sermons.  You can find links here:

    Thank you.

I got these via e-mail this morning, and couldn't think of a good way to post the links here.

I was going to post the other ones later, but now I don't have to worry about it.

    Thanks,

    Matthew

  • GOD BLESS FR. JOSEPH PFEIFFER  :incense:

One of God's true warriors, who realizes on his judgment day, will kneel before the Lord for his particular judgment and can have faith knowing that HE TOLD THE TRUTH. HE TOLD IT. HE TOLD THE TRUTH.  :applause:

This is one of the most powerful sermons I've ever heard.

Finally, a priest with courage comes forward and says it.

Yes, this is a bombshell, and yes, Fr. will be removed. Pray for him, and his brother Tim.

I count it as a singular grace that I have had the privilege of receiving Our Lord from the hands of this priest.

  • I am very edified by both Pfeiffer brothers.

Down to earth, learned, holy, zealous, full of energy, and formed by the good Bishop Williamson.

They would be a refutation to the argument, "America is all bad."

From rural Kentucky, they are both named after St. Joseph.

Notice that Fr. J. Timothy Pfeiffer was sent to India (where he could do less "harm") by the Powers that Be in the SSPX. He is still in Asia now.

In fact, BOTH brothers were sent abroad. Sure that's great for the souls there, but bad for the Americans who no longer get to benefit by their sermons and example. I'm sure we still benefit by their prayers, however.

  • Didn't Fr Pfeiffer say in the sermon he would be in the US this week? Does anyone know how to get messages of support to both Frs. PFeiffer and to Fr Chazal?

  • Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer is my pastor in Cebu, Philippines and both Pfeiffers are based in Davao City where they have opened up the 3rd priory in the Philippines.

Where are the voices of other SSPX priests???

They have everything to lose if they don't say and do something now.

  • The sermon is also at Youtube at:

Fr. Pfeiffer is a great leader of men. He leads by example. He built the curch in Denver, and was years in India, and now the Philippines . His brother built schools. There are few priests like the two Pfeiffer's in this world.

  •

A good young priest, who helped teach my son to serve Mass (thank God) is going there to help at the school.  There are plenty of good SSPX priests, and young ones coming up give us reason to hope.

  • Does anyone know how to get messages of support to both Frs. PFeiffer and to Fr Chazal?

Words of support here on Cathinfo are fine symbolically, but they are going to be under threat  from Menzingen or actual expulsion, they will need actual tangible support.

Someone must know how we can get them tangible support and direct words of encouragement.

Now is the time to back up big words with ACTIONS in support of solid priests...

The Road to Rome is wide and easy, and many of the SSPX Priests will go therein. There are few from the old standard with the courage to hold to the Truth knowing that they will hear the cry, "Crucify them", "Crucify them......

Fathers Pfeiffer and Chazal have taken up the cup.
Let us pray fervently for them, as they remain faithful to Our Lady and Our Lord.
