I think you are right dear Matthew. A friend from Italy told me that Bishop Fellay is currently in Albano, she said also that the deal is done and the agreement will be announced on june 15.

   She?

So this is something she heard third-hand?

   Just asking without malice.

On no, excuse me, I must said "she, (my friend) also told me"...

In times like this, I'm glad I'm not a Mohammedan because I'd want to go out and take it out on some infidels. That's how they cope with frustration.

Kyrie eleison!

I hope so, the Church needs the SSPX.

On the one hand the SSPX is part of the true Catholic whole, “one, holy, Catholic and apostolic”. On the other hand it had better avoid making itself part of the diseased Conciliar whole. As a healthy branch grafted onto the unhealthy Conciliar plant, it would necessarily catch the Conciliar disease. No way can a mere branch heal that disease. +Williamson

We must stand firm for the Faith. Many souls are in grave jeopardy today because Bishop Fellay has decided to play with fire and smile, because he's got the grace of state. Faith is greater than the grace of state. Faith is first. And the father of the family does not have the right to jeopardize his family. He doesn't have the right to tear it apart. He doesn't have the right to compromise. For what?
What promises have they made him? They have lied to the others. They have destroyed the others. You know that Father Laguerie, the superior of the Good Shepherd Institute, which was started in 2006, he called Father de Cacqueray a month ago. Father de Cacqueray is the French priest that came here. Back in 2006, Father Laguerie was in his church and he wasn't going to leave it. Father de Cacqueray came in by himself. He walked up the center aisle with 250 people, who were all behind Father Laguerie. He stood in front of all the people and he said: Father Laguerie, get out of this church. This is [an] SSPX church. You are not following our rules, get out. And you people, get out! Father Laguerie said: I am happy that you came to me like a man and you spoke to me like a man and you condemned me like a man. I go out. And he went out.
Six years later, Father Laguerie calls up Father de Cacqueray, his Father: Remember me? I'm the priest you threw out in the correct way you should have done it. I am telling you, don't make a deal with Rome! I did! We made the deal six years ago, and now they're crushing us! You saw the docuмent of March 23rd where Cardinal [correction: Monsignor ] "Pozzo the clown” commands us to live according to the spirit of Summorum Pontificuм, that we have to accept the New Mass, that we have to incorporate the Catechism of the Catholic Church into our seminaries, that we have to teach modernism and crap in our seminaries. [Letter to Institute of the Good Shepherd] We are trapped!  But they told us six years ago, “No conditions.” I'm calling you because of the respect I have for you, because you treated me like a man. So I'm telling you.

Could you explain how the SSPX is going to help the Church when it enters with both hands tied behind its back?

(IOW, one of the acknowledged conditions is the diocesan bishop must give permission for the Society to establish in the diocese, a rule that is killing the FSSP).

This recognition isn't about bringing Tradition to the Church.  It's about destroying it in order to usher in the hybrid Mass and theology, aka, the Hegalian Third Way.
