    They are reporting the SSPX school is the Holy Family School in Lévis, Quebec.

    Ps: Ottawa is near the Quebec border, and a 4-hr car ride from Lévis.  Unsure whether Lévis is also within the Archdiocese of Ottawa.

    NB: Looks like Quebec is it’s own archdiocese.

    • I'm sorry, I should have been clearer with my question. I was wondering if we are sure Ecole Ste Famille is fundraising for the FSSP's Our Lady of Mount Carmel, because the SSPX has an Our Lady of Mount Carmel too, near Toronto. Maybe they are fundraising for their SSPX OLMC? I assume those reporting know what they are talking about but I still feel the need to clarify. I didn't see any contact info for the Our Lady of Mount Carmel school they are referring to, so it is difficult to confirm it's for the FSSP's and not the SSPX's by the same name.

    If Ecolle Ste Famille has the extras to fundraise for another school, why wouldn't they help out another Canadian SSPX school? Our Lady of Mount Carmel just put up new buildings and could use the funds, while the Calgary school is shut down for lack of private funding. Even besides the question of compromise, it just wouldn't make any sense for them to fundraise for an FSSP school when the SSPX schools are hurting.

    • Nevermind, the FSSP OLMC website has a page on their Antigone play, so it really is for them and NOT for the SSPX OLMC. I guess it was my disbelief pushing me to find a different explanation.

    • I have to correct myself, there IS contact info for the FSSP's school right on the flier after all. I thought that was contact info for Ecole Ste Famille. That's why I was looking for a more direct connection than "just" the reporter's word (I try to do due diligence where I can). But it is right there on the flier after all. The email is @ndmc and the phone number matches. What an embarrassing mess of confusion I am. Sorry about that.
