I had a friend translate this letter, because the original translation was not clear. So here the "new improved" translation:

Letter by priests from the District of South America and Mexico on occasion of the arrival of Mons. Fellay to Argentina.

We are a group of priests from the Districts of South America and Mexico  that with all due respect to your bishopric, for the common good and of your soul's, we beg you to have the courage to place the blame upon yourself before the bishops, priests and faithful for your errors in the government of the Fraternity, and to resign, to end for once this hell of deceits, lack of doctrinal clarity and lack of courage in the defense of Tradition.  Indeed, you do not have moral authority to lead the fight against Modernism. How can a bishop, custodian of the Faith minimize the errors of the ominous VaticanII Council? How could, the leader of the Tradition,  name Pope Benedict XVI an "integral" man, when he does not cease to teach heresies? And Vatican II's evil is contagious, we already have amongst our own those who preach the "goodness-es" of the Council, of the necessity to "return" to the Church; the Church of Christ is not spoken of now, as opposed to the conciliar one, but like being one and the same church.

Never, in the 42 years of this Fraternity, have we lived in the state of distrust, insecurity, espionage, fear of expulsion or "punishment changes". What was in other times a religious family, has been converted into a Stalinist repression, where you even fear to name our Founder, to the point to having to  protect ourselves in anonymity, there is no trust in our superiors or among our comrades, many of these mates live gathering information in hiding, using code names in order to to survive the unraveled persecution by the simple fact of opposing the person who originated all this mess because of the vehement desire to contradict the venerated Mons. LEFEVBRE. There is no interest now in what is the message that you bring to us, the essential problem is that you think and behave like a Modernist, act like a Liberal, from contradiction to contradiction, from lie to lie and all this manifested since you "decided to go running to see the Pope" , such an "integral" Pope; and from whose mouth Christ talks! According to your own words! What filial fear can we have for you? How to restore the lost trust if you mock our Founder, mock the trust of the faithful and priests, who are leaving us day to day. For how much longer are we to keep on lying and saying that all is well in the Fraternity? We have lost credibility and strength in the combat against error. We don't know to whom you answer, but surely it is not to God of Truth. Be man enough and have the honesty to leave us in peace so as not to cause greater damages.

Somos un grupo de sacerdotes de los distritos de América del sur y México que con el respeto debido a su episcopado, por el bien común y el de su alma, le rogamos tenga el valor de disculparse, con los obispos, sacerdotes y fieles de sus errores en el gobierno de la Fraternidad y dimita para acabar de una vez este infierno de engaños, falta de claridad doctrinal y valor en la defensa de la Tradición. Claro está que no tiene autoridad moral para liderar el combate contra el modernismo, ¿cómo un obispo, custodio de la Fe, puede minimizar los errores del nefasto Concilio Vat. IIº? ¿Cómo el líder de la Tradición puede llamar hombre “integro” al Papa Benedicto XVI, cuando éste no cesa de enseñar herejías? Y su mal es contagioso, ya tenemos entre los nuestros quienes predican las “bondades” del Concilio, de la necesidad de “volver” a la iglesia, ya no se habla de la Iglesia de Cristo, enfrentada a la conciliar sino como siendo una misma Iglesia.

Nunca en los 42 años de ésta se ha vivido el estado de desconfianza, inseguridad, espionaje, temor a la expulsión o “cambios castigo”. Lo que otrora fue una familia religiosa se ha convertido en un repartición estalinista, en donde se tiene miedo de hasta nombrar a nuestro Fundador, al punto de tener que protegernos en el anonimato, ya no hay confianza con los superiores ni entre compañeros, muchos de los nuestros viven recabando información a escondidas, usando nombres claves para poder sobrevivir a la persecución desatada por el solo hecho de oponerse a quien originó todo este desorden por el antojo de contradecir al venerado Mons. LEFEBVRE. Ya no interesa que mensaje nos traiga, el problema esencial es que ya Ud. piensa y obra como un modernista, actúa como un liberal, de contradicción en contradicción, de mentira en mentira y esto manifestado desde que “decidió ir corriendo a ver al Papa”, el tal Papa “integro”, y ¡que por cuya boca habla Cristo ¡Según sus propias palabras! ¿Qué temor filial podemos tener por Ud.?, ¿Cómo restaurar la confianza perdida si Ud. Se burló de nuestro Fundador, burló la confianza de los fieles y sacerdotes, que día a día nos dejan. ¿Por cuánto tiempo más deberemos mentirles y decirles que en la Fraternidad está todo bien? Hemos perdido credibilidad y fuerza en el combate contra el error. No sabemos a quién responde, pero seguramente no es al Dios de Verdad. Tenga Ud. la hombría y honestidad de dejarnos en paz para no causar mayores daños.

The older thread's translation has all the points in bold that have been added in the translation. I can read Spanish. But anyone that understands a Romance language will see that these phrases are not in the original, and they just don't fit in the space. Where for instance do you see "Russia" in the Spanish? It's not there.  

Believe me, the accurate translation is the new thread's translation. I know more Spanish than Bishop Williamson, and moreover, the persons that translated this for me, are much more gifted than I could ever dream of being.

The "older translation" was enjoying a bit of license, and was more or less predicated as such.
