More news from OLOS School. From an e-mail:Dear Friends, Our Lady of Sorrows Academy, a K-12 school of the Society of St. Pius X in Phoenix, Arizona, has recently been experiencing such a challenge. Having opened its doors in 2003, OLOSA saw fifteen years of more or less steady growth and enjoyed a degree of financial well-being not usually known to small traditional Catholic schools. This year, however, on account of a painful division between some parents and the administration, we find our student body cut nearly in half and our expenses far outweighing our income. Yours gratefully in Christ, J.M. McFarland+RectorOur Lady of Sorrows Academy
Is the off-campus school started by ex-OLOS parents a home schooling cooperative? Are they part of a growing opposition to SSPX?
That painful division is going to get alot more painful next school year as the off-campus traditional catholic school started by disappointed parents of OLOS is set to double its enrolment next year
That is just marvelous! God Bless your group!
