It's a Resistance chapel named Capela Nossa Senhora das Alegrias in the state capital Vitória of Espirito Santo, Brazil. Their apostolate is directed by Dom Tomás de Aquino, the Prior of the Mosteiro da Santa Cruz, Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
