       Re:    Misappropriation and Intentional Interference

    Dear XXX:

I represent St. Vincent DePaul Church, located at 3106 Flora Avenue, in Kansas City, Missouri. Please direct all future communications on the issues addressed herein to me.

This letter places you on notice that the global distribution to St. Vincent DePaul
parishioners of your March 15, 2013 letter was an unauthorized use of St. Vincent's mailing list, and therefore, a violation of Missouri law. You used said mailing list for a purpose other than that for which it was intended. The malicious content of your letter was an unveiled attempt to disrupt the orderly function of the parish. Your misappropriation and intentional interference is actionable for monetary damages at law and subject to relief in equity.

I hereby demand on behalf of St. Vincent's that you immediately cease and desist your use of St. Vincent's mailing list. You are further instructed to immediately destroy or return all copies of the mailing list currently in your possession. Any further unauthorized use of St. Vincent's mailing list will result in legal action being taken against you.

    Very truly yours, .

    Arthur E. Rhodes

The mailing spoken of in the above letter belongs to Mr. Hernandez.  Even though it uses P A B L O speak, they can't get the name and address right, esp. the last paragraph.

  • They don't have a leg to stand on, pp. You don't have to hide behind Paul Hernandez. This is just a scare tactic.

  • I'd imagine most SSPX chapels have similar "mailing lists" which are published and given to anyone who wants one -- parishioner or not -- for a nominal printing fee. Ours certainly has no disclaimer restricting the use of its contents.

But, on that note, while I happened to be the moderator of our chapel's email distribution system, I did not use it to send any messages about visits from Resistance priests. I didn't need to as we know a good percentage of the people at our chapel personally and have more addesses in our personal address books than those listed on the official chapel email list.

  • Padrepio, you admitted to sending out the letter yourself!

    http://www.cathinfo.com/catholic.php/Letter-in-Support-of-the-Resistance-for-Catholics

Note the date of the thread (March 20) and the date of the letter mentioned in the lawyer's letter.

You seem to be using Pablo in a superstitious fashion, as if invoking his name wards off evil.

His name isn't some kind of magic talisman that prevents legal harm. Give me a break! The man isn't that rich.

If I didn't know better, I'd guess you were part Mexican. (Yes, I believe that a tendency towards superstition is a common fault of Mexicans. I have strongly believed that ever since Fr. Juan-Carlos Iscara of Argentina taught us that during Liturgy class. Besides, it's true!)

  • Besides, why would Pablo send out a mailing in Kansas City, MO?

I'm sure he'd hit up his local area first, like the Phoenix chapel. Or at least something within a 400 mile radius.

  • Dear Matthew,

I appreciate the advice from your wife.  You want to know why Pablo is backing up the letter.  He is the Administrator, and that's what the guy in charge does.  I have that figured out, as do many others who don't want to take charge when the water gets hot.  So far the only ones showing up in court are Pablo and the women.  Will you be there?  I'll find out the date and time.  As to Pablo's finances, he has the funds to travel anywhere the world over and support the priests and faithful.  Pablo sends out mailings worldwide, you don't see them because you don't speak Spanish, Italian, Russian, Greek, etc.  Poverty or Riches?  What is your financial portfolio?

It doesn't seem to be working in this case.

    Dear Sir(s),

I am pablo the Amateur Exorcist.

I represent the interests of Traditional Roman Catholics The Resistance in America and throughout the World.

Direct all communications Re: Misappropriation and Intentional Interference to me.

I have in my possession a 2004 Parish Directory of Saint Vincent De Paul Church; it includes names and addresses of Parishioners of Saint Vincent De Paul Chapel for the express purpose of allowing owners of the Directory to communicate with the listed Parishioners by mail or phone.

Further, I have a list in the Public Domain of Parishioners intended for the same purpose.

Nowhere within the Directory or the Public Domain list (that was purchased at the Parish Bookstore), is there an indication that said Directory or list remains the sole possession of the SSPX, and Purchasers may not use the Directory to contact those listed therein.

I believe the SSPX, your client, is committing a Hate Crime, prosecutable by the Federal Government, an example here, from  as far back as 2007:

    http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/2007/November/07_crt_921.html

Further, our Free Speech Rights are compounded by the fact that the matters discussed are Ecclesiastical matters, outside of the jurisdiction of the Courts.

Threatening and intimidating, and publically calling my representatives thieves and immoral during a public sermon brings me to contemplate asking your clients 501 (c) 3 be revoked across America, and in any Counter Suit, that sanctions, a determination of criminal guilt, and whatsoever the Court may deem as punishment be charged against your Client and its representatives that bring forth this action.

We greatly resent your client publically calling us thieves for something we lawfully purchased.

We have been damaged and want to be made whole.

The SSPX has informed me it is filing three separate legal actions against me this year.

I suggest you advise your client to stop intimidating women and people that are weak, and humble, and easily frightened, and meet me in the Courtroom.

They will be greeted as the enemies of Christ are always greeted by us, with the battle cry of "Viva Cristo Rey!"

E-mail this 15th day of April to Smithyman and Zakoura Chartered by:

    pablo the Amateur Exorcist

(Nothing in this correspondence shall be deemed as the sole complaint we have against your Client; I reserve the right to add more that is too numerous to herein contain in my counter complaint before the Court).

  • Although I don't agree with the persona of Pablo the Exorcist, I certainly do admire Pablo the Cristero and his fighting spirit.

It's very encouraging to see someone dish it back to the mighty neo-SSPX (even if nothing might come of it).

    Well done Pablo!!!  :applause:

Why do I feel like I'm reading another post written by Pablo? I see you conveniently forgot to address that point.

Again, this post makes about as much sense as a good-ol' Pablo post.

What do you mean "Poverty or Riches"? and "What is your financial portfolio?"

Such questions, phrased oddly and making little sense, give me moral certainty that Pablo composed these lines.

To answer the 2 ridiculous questions:

I am more "Poverty", which I'm not ashamed of. My money is well-spent on my family.

Financial portfolio? Don't have one, and never claimed to. My God, my faith, and my wife and children are my treasures.

Such a letter should be put before an image of Our Lady and she should be invoked. Not Pablo.

It is disturbing that he is considered Fr. Pfeiffer's "right hand man"

  • BTW:  It just so happens that Arthur E. Rhodes, for SMITHYMAN & ZAKOURA, CHARTERED, is a parishioner at St. Vincent's chapel, or parish - as they are now commonly called.
