Bishop Moreno took grant money and tried to educate the catholic high school students to take on condoms in the 90's and that was to be taken home to the nest to have the parents accept the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ ideas. A lawyer sued the dioceses for the grant and won and she read the people involved, and the target was the family to destroy.
