Our Lady of Sorrows is hosting a Fatima Mission this weekend.  Live streaming is available on youtube as well as the archived sermons from Friday 2/17 and Saturday 2/18.  I think the Mass will also be streamed live tomorrow morning at 9am MST, which is GMT -7.

Yes, the emblem has been in regular use for a few years now.  Our priests even have a set of vestments with it emblazoned on the back.

It seems to me that this is arguably not identical to the image they're using, because it has words written around it, and it is not a bold black image with square corners in the straight lines. Also, the cross has different thicknesses in its parts and it is separated from the crown by a space. There are spaces between other components of the crown as well. The two hearts do not have any weave pattern or distinction in this image but are like "melted" together as if made of wax. The crown band of this image is very close to the two hearts area whereas the image they're using as their letterhead and such shows a dramatic space under the crown band above the two hearts.

It looks like a significantly different design to me, and therefore the one they're using everywhere might not be very well protected by trademark as one might think.
