I don't know what his take is and don't really care, as it his business, but...

Why yes, yes it is.  Well, at least it was during the first few conferences he gave on video.  I haven't read his book to determine whether he's changed it at all.

Well, we all know that the sad reality of Traddieland is to change your position (multiple times) as the years go by and new information becomes available or is seen in a new light, then condemn everyone else just because they don't see things as you do at that particular moment.  Do some whom you now condemn hold your previous position?  Not to worry!  That is how it is done in the Endless-Latitude-for-Me but Zero-Latitude-for-You world of those who cry "SCANDAL!!" while endlessly scandalizing.  Frankly, I find it fittingly humorous that there is apparently some sort of denial of Sacraments (or tendency to avoid them) among the SSPX and the Resistance.  Just like some of the BS they rightly found problematic in Sedeland.
