People like you are the very reason traditional Catholics are so liberal.

You cannot be indifferent to doctrine.

The crisis in the Church is one of doctrine and not the Mass.

Every priest could suddenly say the TLM tomorrow and I would still say people should wait for a good priest.
You’re good at saying what sounds like something but never specific enough to mean anything.  You just spout off generality after generality.  Total lack of substance.

I listened to FR. Hesse about this problem, of the Sunday Obligation. He says that the Church precept is a positive command>Go to Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of obligation...Right away the onus is on the Church to supply "mass" so the faithful can therefore fulfill this obligation. Obviously the N.O. Church is failing miserably in providing the Real Mass, so then you do your best to sanctify Sundays etc. WE HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO DEMAND THE TRIDENTINE MASS, for the Latin rite. QUO Primum as guarantee.

He says an hour praying, meditating etc. to fulfill this obligation. Basically, its the Church's fault for not providing the sacraments...how can the faithful go to a Trad mass, legit holy Tridentine mass I will add, as per Pope Benedict XVI, when bishops everywhere are cancelling missions/chapels worldwide? Now with the new excommunications, undoubtedly they will have a field day to restrict anything TLMass.

neo-SSPX is not the Church, per se.

To everyone Catholic...Holy Sunday +
Nobody mentioned the NO.  Tom is taking about staying home from non-resistance, non-indult, Trad masses.  This is wrong and he has an obligation (as do we all) to attend any Trad mass (however much you disagree with the priest) on Sundays.  It’s the 3rd commandment.

No, it's not my first time reading this. I joined the forum in 2013. Of course Matthew has not become SSPX all of a sudden. It's just that those of us who attend the SSPX are welcome here. I don't recall Matthew ever saying that forum members cannot attend SSPX masses. I would attend a Resistance chapel if there was one in my state, but there isn't.

My dear Meg,
I NEVER said SSPX attendees were not welcome here nor that any other form of trad was not welcome here.

If I was running a forum, I would have the exact same policy as Matthew.

The only subtle difference is that I would be less ashamed of my resistance position than he seems to be. But I would always want people to feel welcome even Novus Ordo people and non Catholics, so long as they respect that the forum is Catholic.

I was responding to YOUR general accusations against me, you silly man.
