As Fr. Chazal said, "War On." He's being punished for NOT being "silent."

To avoid punishment, he would have to sin.

But he would have to sin just in the "right" way, to please Fr. Couture, because if
he were to sin in a way that does NOT please Fr. Couture, he would be punished
for that as well. It's like a fraternity game. The senior members hand down
ridiculous demands and the pleebs have to perform in just the "right" way or else
they get punished with some stupid manner of humiliation.

Someone should tell him to read CathInfo, so he can learn about how to be a good

They have been trained to do one thing... and they are certainly not in their positions to think.
