More than two I suspect. There's Abbé Pivert, who has his own seminary and had a priest ordained after 4 years. There's Avrillé, which tries as best it can to accomodate the different resistances, and is therefore criticised by all them, especially as Avrillé keeps in touch discretely with certain SSPX priests, and the Dominican nuns who run many SSPX schools, many of whom quietly support the resistance. There's l'Abbé Salenave who very faithful to the legacy of Mgr Williamson who has his own chapel at Saint Aignan. There's l'Abbé Rioult also who has his own group.
At Mgr Williamson's funeral, Bishop Morgan hinted at the differences in the resistance which he hoped would be patched up.
For our young men who are considering vocations, Econe still seems to be the best option, simply for the reason that once ordained they don't become vagus priests.
The Dominicans have certain objectionable opinions, but I will say this, they are able to tolerate disagreement. Like real men. And therefore I respect them for that. Which is why they might seem like a "third" option.
But at the end of the day, they will have to decide which Bishop they call for their Holy oils, and ordinations. And if they start calling Bishops Morgan, Ballini and Stobnicki, vs Bishops Faure, Zendejas or Aquinas, then you'll have your answer.
That's IF this division is real. Which I don't want it to be. But "Fiat Voluntas Tua", as we all should say, in times of difficulty.
And Godefrey, I have no idea where going to Econe for formation came out off. We can fight that one out in another thread.
