Its a clear disassociation from anyone not in the SAJM.

He lists 3 points which the Archbishop believed and says the SAJM adheres to those.
You don't have to be in the SAJM to adhere to those 3 points, but it is true that many who use the name Resistance do not.
I think someone like (Bp)Pfeiffer would agree on those 3 points, so this statement in-and-of-itself would not exclude him as he too has always wanted to build a structured organization.
The only break-away here is the question that has existed from day 1. Can you have those who believe in structure and those who don't working together? Can they both fall under the same umbrella?
It seems obvious to me that point #3 in isolation is not the issue, but that in reality, without point #3, you have the problems described in points #1 & #2.
