Note how the Pope places Bishop Williamson on one side of the chasm, and Bishop Fellay on the other! They are worlds apart, according to the Pope.
And THIS POPE likes Bishop Fellay! He also sees the fundamental difference between these two SSPX bishops.
Can I begin to express how happy I am to support Bishop Williamson, and to have the great blessing of hosting him at St. Dominic's Chapel this Sunday?
Either we have no successor to the Archbishop, or we have Bishop Williamson. Those are the only 2 logical choices.
And it doesn't make sense that in a dispute, all 4 of the bishops would get it wrong, with not even ONE OF THEM faithful to the Archbishop's work, maintaining his position on the Crisis. Think about it: the position would be wide open; one of them could distinguish himself just by staying faithful.
Those who claim we have "no good bishops from the Archbishop" also claim that the Archbishop himself wasn't much of a prize either. Naturally, I part company and completely disagree with such fools.
