Quote:
“I am astonished that you are so soon drifting away from the line of Archbishop Lefebvre who called you into the grace of Christ, and instead towards the new gospel of Vatican II, which is no gospel at all, but these modernists are troubling you, and they want to pervert the Gospel of Christ. But if ourselves or an angel from Heaven were to try to tell you that the Council was not really that bad, throw him out and don’t listen ! Let me say it again: anyone pretending that the Archbishop would have been in favour of a deal today with Conciliar Rome should be thrown out ! Whose interests are we seeking ? Are we trying to please the Romans or to please God ? If these Romans liked me, I would be no servant of Christ ! (I, 6-10).
Don't overlook the Galatians quote on which H. E. bases this paragraph:
i. 6 I wonder that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ, unto another gospel.
7 Which is not another, only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema.
9 As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? If I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
H.E. takes "let him be anathema" and interprets that as "he should be thrown out!"
This equates
righteous condemnation of error with expulsion from the Society!
This concept is actually prescient in light of the context, wherein condemnation of
error has been neglected in the highest office of the Church since as early as
1958, and at least since 1962.
I read this article http://rorate-caeli.blogspot.com/ just posted and thought immediately of H. E. + Williamson's above posting which I had just read. Another helpful clue? Thank you + Williamson, for being as open as (prudently) possible.
My next thought was the Rosary Crusade. Our Lady has answered it for the good of the Church! She has exalted the humble bishops and humbled the exalted ... and brought the traitors of Tradition to light.
Our Lady has some serious talents that She has not been putting to full use
for a long time now. Something's in the works!
We live in perilous times, but we also live in the age of Grace ........ the
Mediatrix of all Graces is about to show the world a thing or two! And woe
to them who turn a deaf ear and a blind eye in her general direction: you
know they will be there, to their perhaps eternal misfortune.
For example, +Fellay claims that Rome's offer of reconciliation and his
consequent opportunity to sell out the Society is an answer to our prayers
in the Rosary Crusade. But the Crusade was for the intention of the Collegial
Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary! Is that anywhere on
the horizon? How can a reconciliation with Rome result in the Consecration
taking place? Whose wild imagination is at work here?
