AMEN!
I wish there was a set schedule for all Resistance Masses.  Consistencybuilds trust.  Trust builds loyalty.  Loyalty builds unity.

Not knowing when, where, and by whom the next Resistance Mass will be held has done the growth of the Resistance no favors. Humans are creatures of habit and will gravitate to patterns wether it be going to the SSPX or not going at all.  Many will eventually fall into a routine.

Is it allowable for someone like myself who is not part of the resistance, but is sympathetic to it, to attend one of these Masses? One of them is within commuting distance to me, and I'd like to attend. Or would that be weird? I attend the awful Novus Ordo, and would love to attend a TLM again.

By all means, go. You are most welcome to attend!

Oh thank you True Faith. It is much appreciated. It will be the best thing to happen for me in a long time. Bless you.

I should have mentioned that the one that I would like to attend is in Gig Harbor, this next Monday. Maybe there will be other forum members who will be there, too.

You would attend a Resistance Mass, not having signed the Oath of Blood? The winged monkeys will have at thee!

*ahem*

As long as you remember the first rule of the Resistance: There is no Resistance. (Remember the movie "Fight Club"?)

Ok, I'm done being silly.

Seriously, though, you would be most welcome. All the Resistance wants is for Catholics everywhere to have access to the timeless Mass and Sacraments, with no heresy, no Modernism, and no funny business. We want to resist the evil Vatican II as strongly as Archbishop Lefebvre and other heroic Traditional Catholics in recent history. We know that the definition of evil is "95% good", like a poisoned soup. When a drink is poisoned to kill someone, what % is poison? Probably less than 1%. Vatican II has destroyed more souls than World War 2 destroyed bodies. It must be opposed; it must be utterly destroyed!

We only "resist" the SSPX insofar as the new orientation they have repeatedly demonstrated will hinder those goals. It's not personal -- it's about the Faith.

Thanks, Matthew

I have seen firsthand, as most others have, the terrible state of the conciliar Church since I began attending, for the most part, the Novus Ordo a year-and-a-half ago, which is such a lifeless thing, and really boring. Yet those who attend are okay with that. And the endless sermons about peace and love, as if Our Lord was only about that, and nothing else. It's quite distressing. I feel so sorry for those in the NO who don't realize how bad it is, and don't care, or who defend the NO system. I've begun to send emails to NO priests when they do or say something that goes against the faith at the NO. It's all that I can really do.

I can now see that Bp. Fellay is not complaining about the antics of Pope Francis, who is even a worse modernist that JPll. I hope that Bp. Fellay does not reconcile with Rome, though I thought very differently before Francis was elected (I thought that they should reconcile. I was wrong). It will be nice to attend a Mass where I don't stand out and feel like a freak. You're right about Vll needing to be opposed.
