Long story short, you can't show me ANY evidence they meant that line in "violent" way.
They didn't post an address, they didn't hint at funerals, death, or violence.
Their quote could easily be interpreted in a benign way, and to most people, it WOULD be thus interpreted.
Sure, I can't prove they weren't trying to be extremely veiled and coy.
But are you familiar with the concepts of "charity" and "benefit of the doubt"?
Are you one of those Trads that goes up to a new parishioner and starts grilling them about going to Confession before receiving communion, asking if they are in Mortal Sin, telling them this isn't the Novus Ordo, etc.? I hope not.
