In Christ the Lord, we celebrate today the Sunday of the Good Shepherd. In the Gospel which we have just heard, the Lord Jesus not only indicates what ought to distinguish such a good shepherd and in what manner he ought to act, but occasionally He also expresses and indicates to us what is the care, the great care of the Divine Heart of the Lord Jesus. "And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd." The desire of the Most Sacred Heart of our Lord Jesus Christ is to lead all souls to the knowledge of the truth, that they may discover the true God and serve Him. The desire of the Heart of the Lord Jesus is that the greatest possible number of souls be washed in the Most Precious Blood, which He shed in a propitiatory sacrifice upon the tree of the Cross on Good Friday. The desire of the Heart of Jesus is that the greatest possible number of souls be snatched from darkness, from the talons of Satan, and attain eternal salvation in Heaven. And this is a desire that every true Catholic ought to nourish in his heart. The desire that the greatest number of souls reach the sole Redeemer of every man, Jesus Christ, and that the greatest number of souls give themselves in service to the living and true God. This is a desire that should also accompany us. The desire that as many people as possible come to know the Lord Jesus, that as many people as possible serve the Lord Jesus, that as many people as possible love Christ.

And at the same time, we realize that this is not the desire of the entire mass of contemporary post-conciliar hierarchs and post-conciliar so-called Catholics, for indeed, ecuмenism has been promoted for several decades. The conviction is promoted that we should seek an illicit unity. The foundation of true unity, of true peace among men, can only be the true faith. God is the giver of peace, the giver of unity. For several decades, this obvious truth has been universally denied. And in the consciousness of the average post-conciliar Catholic, it does not matter which religion one professes. It does not matter to which God man renders worship: to the true God, or to a false idol, and therefore to a demon.

And on this Sunday of the Good Shepherd, we must realize wherein lies the goodness of the Shepherd of our souls, Jesus Christ. Precisely in this desire to lead man, every soul, to the knowledge of the truth; to lead the soul to rebirth in the font of Holy Baptism; to lead the soul so that it may live by sanctifying grace. Ecuмenism, my dear brethren, is a great sin crying out to Heaven for vengeance. There is no such thing as interreligious dialogue, for there are not many religions. There is only one single true religion, the Catholic religion. Placing the Redeemer, the sole Redeemer Jesus Christ, on the same level as false gods is, my dear brethren, blasphemous. And precisely this took place during the famous meetings in Assisi, the prayers for peace, when John Paul II sat in a circle, and his successors, and representatives of various false pseudo-religions which are the work of the devil.

My dear brethren, when we see such a picture, when we see such a picture, it is obvious, it ought to be obvious to us, that we are not dealing here with good shepherds, with imitators of the Divine Shepherd. In the past week, the 13th of April was a "great day," on which Catholics were summoned to visit ѕуηαgσgυєs—places of blasphemy, places of ritual murder. They were summoned to pray together with Jews. The question is: to whom? To which [god]? And we saw, my dear brethren, a whole mass of reports from various places in Poland; various hierarchs obediently wandered, trudged to ѕуηαgσgυєs, hugged various rabbis, sang, and clapped. It was, my dear brethren, a renewed blasphemous act, a renewed act crying out to Heaven for vengeance.

And pay attention to one small detail: the 13th of April. What is this date? What is this date that was chosen for the visit of John Paul II to the Roman ѕуηαgσgυє? And the date that was intended to be for Catholics in Poland a day of visiting these places of Jєωιѕн cult. On the 13th of April, what does Holy Church have in the liturgical calendar? The feast of Saint Hermenegild the Martyr. And I think that these dates were chosen not by accident, to complete, to commit blasphemy. Why? Because Saint Hermenegild, a great Saint, gives an example of fidelity to the Catholic religion, to Christ's Church. Saint Hermenegild was the son of the Visigothic king; he lived in the territory of present-day Spain, and his father abandoned the Catholic faith and became a supporter of the Arian heresy, the heresy denying that the Lord Jesus was God. His son initially followed his father, but subsequently discovered that he was stuck in error, cleaved to the Catholic faith, and this provoked his father's fury. His father cast him into prison, counting on the son's stubbornness breaking, and at Easter he sent an Arian bishop to him, that is, a bishop professing heresy with Holy Communion, counting on his accepting this Communion at Easter from a heretical hand. And what did Saint Hermenegild do? He refused. He refused to receive the Body of the Lord from the hand of a heretic; this provoked an even greater fury in his father; he was subjected to torture and finally killed. And he became and was for centuries for Catholics a symbol, a model to follow, a model of fidelity to Christ's Church, a model of fidelity to the Catholic religion. What harm would it have done him to receive this Communion? Probably it was a valid Mass, validly consecrated Body of the Lord, but he did not wish to receive it from a heretical hand. Why? Because he perfectly understood that which contemporary Catholics do not think about at all.

The reception of Holy Communion has a double dimension. Firstly, we receive Holy Communion, which has an individual dimension for our soul. It unites itself with our Lord Jesus Christ. Sanctifying grace is multiplied within us; we add oil to this lamp of divine life burning in our soul. But Holy Communion, apart from this individual effect for our soul, has also a communal dimension. We approach Holy Communion in a community. We receive from a certain priest. Why? Because we believe, we profess the same faith. Communion, the reception of Holy Communion, is an external manifestation of professing the same faith held by the priest offering Holy Mass and the faithful participating in the given Holy Mass. Therefore, Holy Communion is an external profession of faith. Either of the Catholic faith, when you receive it in the Catholic Church from the hands of a Catholic priest, or of another confession, a heresy.

And behold, my dear brethren, what took place, that to which Catholics were summoned on the 13th of April, is an even greater departure, an even greater fall than if someone had entered into some heresy. It is the cult of a foreign, false, demonic pseudo-religion, the foundation of which is the rejection of Jesus Christ, the rejection of the Cross, the rejection of the redeeming sacrifice of Jesus Christ. [Sound of snorting/clearing throat] Dear faithful, and this sight of various "Rysie" in ѕуηαgσgυєs is a testimony. It is an ocular testimony, accessible to everyone, that they are not good shepherds, that they do not nourish that desire which fills the Divine Heart of our Lord Jesus Christ. "And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice." This is the desire of Jesus Christ: leading people to the Catholic religion, and not confirming them in error, not accompanying them, as Bergoglio encouraged: to accompany, to discern, to integrate. Such Masonic newspeak present in many Bergoglian docuмents; and woe to those who follow false shepherds somewhere. Woe to those who do not look upon the words of the Good Divine Shepherd, who ignore, who disregard the desire of His Heart. [Woe to] all priests of the new ecuмenical religion, which leads people straight into the fire of hell. "Them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice."

The Lord Jesus desires to lead people to the knowledge of the truth and to ensure that souls live by this known truth. The Catholic faith, my dear brethren, is meant to transform us, is meant to change us. Ancient Rome, pagan Rome converted at the sight of the fortitude, the courage of the first Christians, who met at night for Holy Mass, who, strengthened by the Body of the Lord, perished in cruel tortures, in torments. Not only men, but children, old men, women with song on their lips, joyfully accepted martyrdom. And proud Roman soldiers clutched their heads and asked: "Who is this God who gives these people such strength? Who is this God who allows these people to rejoice in the face of death?" And the contemporary pagan world—contemporary pagan Warsaw, Brussels, Washington, Rome—can be converted only and exclusively by the testimony of the blood of Christian martyrs, the testimony of Catholic blood shed for the Name of Jesus, the testimony of our life. The Catholic faith, the faith which you profess, must find its reflection in your daily life. You must live in such a way as to draw others to the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

And this, my dear brethren, is an occasion for an examination of conscience for us, for so-called Catholics of tradition. To what extent does that which I believe find its reflection in how I live? Is it not the case that instead of being a help to others in knowing, in drawing near to the Good Shepherd, I am an obstacle for them? Is it not the case, my dear brethren, that many Catholics of tradition are filled, are indeed swollen with pride in such a way that the Lord Jesus must live in their shadow? And such there are; and such priests are encountered, and laymen. The Lord Jesus must live in the shadow.

Dear faithful, on this Sunday of the Good Shepherd, let us earnestly pray that we may never forget this desire filling the Heart of Jesus. "And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd." To all of us the words of Saint Peter the Apostle from today's Lesson might be applied. "For you were as wandering sheep: but now you are converted to the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls," to Jesus Christ, the Supreme and Eternal Priest. And it behooves us, my dear brethren, those who remember how they wandered, to aid those who today remain in error. To aid with a good word, good counsel, and example; to draw them to the love of the Good Shepherd, that their eyes may be opened, that they may behold the false shepherds, that they may see where there are deceivers disguised. This is, my dear brethren, a task weighing upon us all. It depends on us, my dear brethren, whether many a soul reaches our Lord Jesus Christ; on the example of our life, on whether we follow the Good Shepherd, hearkening to His voice, or rather, out of convenience, we do as everyone else does. And go the broad way after false pseudo-shepherds, deceivers. This is not a trivial choice; it is a choice upon which depends the salvation of your soul. Be not, therefore, a fool, but pray earnestly today for light and strength in following the Good Shepherd and His faithful servants here on earth. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen. Praised be Jesus Christ, forever and ever.
