Refuses to answer, yet again.  We can say that Tom Cabbage is just "slow" but that's a slight towards truly retarded people.  No, he's of bad-will.  He refuses to face facts and continues to lie and slander.  God will punish him, for pride and obstinacy.  God has already punished him with a low IQ, but he has not learned humility (yet).  Oh well, some people take a lifetime to learn....
