  • Sister Jeanne le Royer (Sister of the Nativity - died 1798)

"One day I heard that the New Constitution (Vatican 2) will appear to many other than what it really is. They will bless it as a gift from Heaven; whereas it is in fact sent form hell and permitted by God in His just wrath. It will only be by its side effects that people will be led to recognize the Dragon who wanted to destroy all and devour all. One night I saw a number of ecclesiastics. Their haughtiness and air of severity seemed to demand the respect of all. They forced the faithful to follow them. But God commanded me to oppose them saying: They no longer have the right to speak my name Jesus told me. It is against My wish that they carry out a mandate for which they are no longer worthy of."

"I saw a great power rise up against the Church. it plundered, devastated, and threw into confusion and disorder the vine of the Lord, having it trampled underfoot by the people and holding it up to ridicule by all nations. Having vilified celibacy and oppressed the priesthood, it had the effrontery to confiscate the Church's property and to arrogate to itself the powers of the Holy Father, whose person and laws it held in contempt."

"I had a vision; Before the Father and the Son- both seated-- a virgin of incomparable beauty, representing the Church, was kneeling. The Holy Ghost spread his shining wings over the virgin and the other two persons. The wound of our Lord seemed alive. Leaning on the Cross with one hand, He offered to His Father with the other hand the chalice which the Master held in the middle. The Father placed one hand on the cup and raised the other to bless the virgin. I noticed that the chalice was only half filled with blood, and I heard these words spoken by our Savior at the moment of presentation; I shall not be fully satisfied until I am unable to fill it right up to the brim. I understood then that the contents of the chalice represented the blood of the early martyrs, and that the vision had reference to the last persecutions of Christians, whose blood would fill the chalice thereby completing the number of martyrs predestined. For at the end of time, there will be as many martyrs as in the early Church and even more, for the persecutions will be far more violent. Then the last Judgment will no longer be delayed."

"I see in God that a long time before the rise of the Antichrist the world will be afflicted with many bloody wars. Peoples will rise against peoples, and nations will rise against nations, sometimes allied, sometimes enemies, in their fight against the same party. Army’s will come into frightful collisions and will fill the earth with murder and carnage. These internal and foreign wars will cause enormous sacrifices, profanations, scandals, and infinite evils, because of the incursions that will be made into the Church. As well as that I see the earth will be shaken in different places by frightful earthquakes. I see the whole mountains cracking and splitting with a terrible din. Only too happy will one be if one can escape with no more than a fright; but no, I see out of the gaping mountains whirlwinds of smoke, fire, sulphur and tar, which reduce to cinders entire towns. All this and a thousand other disasters must come before the rise of the Man of Sin."

"I saw in the Light of the Lord that the Faith and our Holy Religion would become weaker in almost every Christian Kingdom. God has permitted that they should be chastised by the wicked in order to awaken them form their apathy. And after the Justice of God has been satisfied, He will pour out an abundance of graces on His Church. And He will spread the Faith and restore discipline of the Church in those countries where it had become tepid and lax. I see in God a great power led by the Holy Ghost which will restore order through a second upheaval. I see in God a large assembly of pastors who will uphold the rights of the Church (not man) and of Her Head. They will restore the former disciplines. I, see in particular two servants of the Lord who will distinguish themselves in this glorious struggle and who, by the grace of God, will fill with ardent zeal the hearts of this illustrious assembly."

"All false cults will be abolished; all the abuses of the Revolution (Vatican 2) will be destroyed and the altars of the true God restored. The former practices will be put into force again (preVatican 2) and our religion--at least in some respects will flourish more than ever. I see in God that the Church will enjoy a profound peace over a period which seems to be a fairly long duration. This respite will be the longest of all that will occur between the revolutions from now till General Judgment. The closer we draw to General Judgment the shorter will be the revolutions against the Church. The kind of peace that will follow each revolution will also be shorter. This is because we are approaching the End. One day the Lord said to me " A few years before the coming of My enemy, Satan will rise up false prophets who will announce Antichrist as true Messiah, and they try to destroy all our Christian beliefs. The closer we get to Antichrist the more darkness will spread over the earth and the more his satellites will increase their efforts to trap the faithful into their nets. When the Antichrist draws near a false religion (masonry-religion of man) will appear which will deny the unity of God and will oppose the Church. Errors will cause ravages as never before."

"God has manifested to me the malice of Lucifer and the perverse and diabolical intentions of his henchmen against the Holy Church of Christ. At the command of their master these wicked men have crossed the world like the furies to prepare the way and place for the Antichrist whose reign is approaching. The storm began in France and France shall be the first theatre of its ravages after having been its cradle. The Church in council shall one day strike with anathemas to pull down and to destroy the evil principles of that criminal constitution (Vatican 2).

  • I think it will get worse before it gets better. Christ (the Church) must first be buried in the tomb for 3 days before rising again:

    Luke 24:33-34

"And rising up, the same hour, they went back to Jerusalem: and they found the eleven gathered together, and those that were staying with them,  Saying: The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon." REJOICE!

Blessed Anna Maria Tiagi (19th century)

"God will send two punishments; one will be in the form of wars, revolutions and other evils; it shall originate on earth. The other shall be sent form Heaven. There shall come over the whole earth an intense darkness lasting three days and three nights. Nothing can be seen and the air will be laden with pestilence which will claim mainly, but not all the enemies of Catholic religion. It will be impossible to use any man-made lighting during this darkness except for blessed candles. He, who out of curiosity opens his window to look out, or who leaves his home will fall dead on the spot. During these three days, people should remain in their homes, pray the Rosary and beg for Gods Mercy. All the enemies of the Church whether known or unknown will perish over the whole earth during the universal darkness with the exception of a few whom God will soon convert. The air shall be infected by demons who will appear under all spirits of hideous forms."

"Religion shall be persecuted and priests massacred. Churches shall be closed but only for a short time. The Holy Father shall be obliged to leave Rome. France shall fall into a frightful anarchy. The French shall have a desperate cινιℓ ωαr in the course of which even old men will take up to arms. The political parties, having exhausted their blood and their rage without being able to arrive at any satisfactory settlement shall agree at the last extremity to have recourse to the Holy See. Then the Pope shall send to France a special legate. In consequence of the information received, His Holiness himself shall nominate a most Christian King for the government of France."

"After the three days of darkness, St Peter and St Paul having come down from Heaven, will preach in the whole world and shall designate a new Pope. A great light will flash from their bodies and will settle upon the cardinal who is to become Pope. Christianity then will spread throughout the world. He is the Holy Pontiff, chosen by God to withstand the storm. At the end, he will have the gift of miracles and his name shall be praised over the whole earth. Whole nations will come back to the Church and the face of the earth will be renewed. Russia, China and England will come into the Church."

Could this be the SSPX? I say those two are Archbishop Lefebvre and Bishop Castro Mayer. Who else would it be? It's them. Amazing.

And isn't that exactly what everyone does? What has happened is the judgment of God and the Counciliar Church is blinded, completely blindly. They cannot see the destructive damage done by Vatican II or they don't want to accept it. They act like everything is just fine and there's a "springtime" when it's really all rotten and should be anathamized. One day, the Counciliar Church will wake up and smell the rat.

This power is Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ and it has devastated the vineyard of the Lord. Our Lady of Good Success also said this would happen. Indeed they do hold the powers of the Papacy in contempt and we're seeing the real deal of their wickedness in this Papacy. We have a Pope who is getting rid of stuff all his post-counciliar predecessors combined didn't dare do. Think about that!

This gives me great hope! To think, one day churches truly befitting of God will return, the tables will be demolished and the true altar of Sacrifice will be restored. The Church will be more glorious than ever. As Lover of Truth said, the Church is in the tomb awaiting the Resurrection. Let us hope and pray She will be resurrected soon for the honor and glory of God and for the sake of the elect!

This never ceases to amaze me. I imagine what this man will be like. He will truly be one of the greatest Popes in the whole history of the Church because he will restore the Church. I pray for him, whoever he is. I wonder if he is alive. I wonder what he will be like. If only we will all live to see that glorious time. She says he'll be a Cardinal. As ridiculous as it might sound, one needs to keep an eye on the Cardinals. It'll only be through the intervention of God that something like this will happen.

Some rambling thoughts of mine. Ignore them if you wish. I have always found these Prophecies interesting.

  • To LoverofTradition,

I don't think your comments were rambling; they were very trenchant. And it is lovely to see your clearly heartfelt love of the church, your sorrow at its present state, but also your lively hope for the future.

Despite the present malaise, we must not forget to rejoice. This is something which is  not present as it ought to be amongst the Traditional Catholics, yet St Paul states:

    Philippians 4:4

Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I say, rejoice.

Apropos the revelations to Sister Jeanne le Royer, The Lord also stated:

"The knowledge of these things shall contribute to the salvation of many souls,
and form a treasure for the faithful of the last age of the world."

I only know excerpts from the book of these revelations written by Charles Genet in 1817 called Vie et Révélations de Sœur de la Nativité (The Life and Revelations of the Sister of the Nativity).

If anyone knows where an English copy could be obtained, it would surely be a blessing for us all on CathInfo.

    God bless.

Oh, yes, God bless Bl. Anna Maria Taigi. Mystic housewives are the best.

Have you read Thompson's Life of the Venerable Anna Maria Taigi? He talks about Bl. Anna's prophetic abilities on pp. 281-339. What's amazing is that she was completely illiterate, yet she knew about current ecclesiastical, political, and natural events, and it quite detail, via her "mysterious sun" (her little luminous globe). Page 298 says that she had no desire for learning because it would take away from the duties in her state of life; she only desired to know God, and look at what knowledge and wisdom that gave her! This reminds me of St. Thomas Aquinas, who said he learned more at the foot of the altar than in all the books he read in his entire life.

Thompson's Life of the Venerable Anna Maria Taigi
pp. 314 ff. discusses whether the darkness is moral or physical and argues why it will be physical: a miracle that would truly convert the skeptics today could not be attributable to a secondary cause, but must be attributable to God alone.

    p. 321: She prophesied that before the days of darkness, "the Pope, shut up in theVatican, would find himself hemmed in as by an iron circle."

    Thank you, Andy.

I am very sad over the state of the Church. My one dream is to see the restoration, the Angelic Pope and the Great Monarch.

It's horrible what has happened to the Church. All have abandoned Her except for those who still cling to the truth and tradition. Archbishop Lefebvre saved the Church in a way and saved the true Mass. I'm forever grateful to him. I found the truth at the SSPX and the true Faith I know and love. It's obvious she was talking about them in her Prophecies.

The true Church is in the catacombs. Cardinal Manning foretold that the Church would return to the catacombs. We are in the catacombs. Before our chapel was built, Mass was said in the basement of a dry cleaners. If that isn't the catacombs, I don't know what is. She is in the catacombs because the truth Faith was replaced by a false faith, namely the Counciliar church, which has all the marks of looking Catholic but is really rotten from the inside. What is rotten falls. It will fall, which brings us back to the Council the Sister mentions which will anathamize it all.

What has happened has been a test and a punishment for Catholics. A test because God wants to see who is really faithful to Him and His Church and who will really hold on to the true Faith amidst suffering, like what happened after Vatican II. Those who went along with it were compromises. It was thrusted upon everyone in the name of obedience.

A punishment because as St. Nicholas of Flue said "The Church will be punished because the majority of her members will become so perverted." And so, this has been a punishment but the Church comes out more glorious than ever in Her resurrection which, please God, will come soon. I don't know how much more I can take. I love the Church more than anything in the world and what has been and is happening right now pains me greatly. We're witnessing the disintegration, if you will, of the Papacy. Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ is trying to succeed in destroying the Church. We must pray and pray hard. God is looking to see who's faithful. Let's hope and pray we will be one of those faithful, who stuck up for the true Faith and what has always been taught and believed even when all of Rome and the Church is against us. We must pray to Archbishop Lefebvre to help the Church. He did so while here on earth and will do so much more in Heaven. I'm convinced he was a great saint and will be canonized when the crisis is over. So, let us pray and hold onto the Faith. God will reward us for our faithfulness, in this life and in the next.

  • Dear LoverofTradition,

Thanks for your very sincere and impassioned response. Indeed we must pray, fast and sacrifice hard and in the time to come, even be prepared to be martyred, as willed by the Most High.

It is easy to get very tangled in all the machinations of the church, but we must not lose sight that our primary aim is by our own efforts to secure/contribute to the salvation of as many as possible. The acquisition of knowledge (or anything else for that matter) is nothing compared to this objective.

We must be grateful for the grace of Tradition but by no means look down on persons caught in the Novus ordo, but pray for graces for all. One immense cause of anxiety to me, is my old school friends. In those carefree days, I built great affection for several persons in particular, who I have subsequently lost for my declaration of the faith and my fore-warning them about the times to come.

It is a horror for me to think, I might not one day be reconciled with them. It really is worth offering one's own life, so another person can be restored to grace, however a great sinner they may be.

We will have to be brave and courageous like the early Christians. And the power we will need to sustain us, is a deep love of Christ.

    God bless.

  • It is for your own discernment. This nun is quoted by Yves Dupont in his book "Catholic Prophecy"  (Tan Books) and also in Rev G. Culleton's book "The Prophets and Our Times" (Tan Books). Like with the revelations to stigmatic Marie-Julie Jahenny, it seems the Most High is largely circuмventing usual church channels in this time of apostasy:

    Jeremias 23:1-3

"Woe to the pastors, that destroy and tear the sheep of my pasture, saith the Lord.  Therefore thus saith the Lord the God of Israel to the pastors that feed my people: You have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold I will visit upon you for the evil of your doings, saith the Lord. And I will gather together the remnant of my flock...."

  • Here is the Original edition of the book published 19 years after she died.

If you read French it might be sensible to read the entirety of her predicitions rather than simply plucking out some of them.  You might be retrofitting them to our times which if someone makes enough predictions it is easy to do.

I don't know, I've never heard of this woman.  Perhaps she nailed it!  But read the 1817 book before making up your mind.  Always go back to the oldest source material and stand back and take a look at ALL the data.
