I don't see the need to reveal the scanner's identity -- and I don't know why they had to be "upside down" either. Apparently they weren't familiar with the docuмent scanner.

-- but at least we have the docuмents.

  • Wow.  I had been told that this had indeed happened but seeing it in black and white makes me incredibly sad.  Are the elders now tenants to their son?

  • Mrs. Pfeiffer also does appear to be a Director at OLMC.  So it's not entirely clear why they're doing this.  Lots of people move properties to Trusts or Corporations, sometimes just so that they would avoid probate court or inheritance taxes in the event that the parents pass away.

There might also be some liability concerns in the event that something happens on the property ... some seminarian or parishioner or guest gets hurt.

  • I have to say.....

If certain people would have broken the silence as they witnessed or experienced the events leading up to this tragedy, then this land would not have been transferred!  This is crime.  And silence is also a crime.  It makes you complicit.

That is a possibility, as is the possibility of borrowing money against the property, which might needs be titled to them to satisfy a bank. The usurers are very particular about that.

Also as you suggests the parents might be placing this into a life trust or a similar vehicle to avoid inheritance taxes? The transfer has apparently been made,  the details of how and why are still unknown.
Do you think that the parents would do this without notifying Father Timothy?

    Wha...!!!!  :confused1:

    You're a newcomer to the Pablo/pfieffer circus.

We've "outed" the Mexican on multiple trad forums for nearly four years.

In the Spring of 2013, the Mexican was caught fraudulently soliciting $10K for furniture for a new convent.   When confronted about his authority to raise such funds, he lied and said he got the $10K from South American trads.  He berated us for questioning him and said he: "... hated Amtrads", for their lack of charity.

Later, we found out there was never any convent, so where did the donations go?

The European Holy religious who was at OLMC pursuing the convent idea, later claimed the Mexican put a curse on her.

In your discernment, you should have gone to the archives of the trads forums and done a little research.

  • For what it's worth, donating the property to a chartiable organization would also avoid taxes, especially property taxes.

Indeed, this red light has been flashing on forums for years. Caveat Emptor!

  • By the way, it should be noted that we're restricting discussion of these misdeeds, malfeasance, etc. to Father's local parishioners.

Unfortunately for us and for him, that is the whole world. His apostolate is worldwide, and his donations come from all over.

And the future victim-volunteers also come from all over the country, and even outside the U.S.!

So although it would be lovely to keep this local, we really can't in this case.

If only Pablo/pfieffer were a charitable organization and not a con game.

I am not criticizing the many efforts historically - sorry.  I am criticizing the many who have emailed me privately to tell my their horror stories and have not publicly proclaimed them.  Albeit, you are right, I may not have heard of them because I didn't look into previous allegations on this site.  No offense to the many who have been sounding the alarm.

Does anybody have more info on this tragedy?  How would I have found it "in the archives"?
The search bar is quite limited.
