Is CathInfo going to live stream the Masses on their YouTube channel?
No...were not set up for that.
But I might be... I won't know if it's possible until I get down there tomorrow, but it is something I want to have happen. The "official" videos will be posted to YouTube.com/SoldierofCTK, but not as quickly as the CathInfo videos. If live-streaming does end up happening, I will post the link here...

Many thanks! Hope you can make it happen for those of us unable to attend.

[....] The zoo is another favorite of mine.

Oh, and the Nat'l Zoo is free and people should be able to take the Metro there.

I understand the appeal of the National Zoo to locals, but it's not among those attractions that are unique to the National Capital Area, and it might even rank as not so special in comparison to zoos in other major cities in the U.S.A. (cf. San Diego).

An excursion to the the National Zoo would divert CathInfo's band of visitors relatively far into N.W. D.C. (Connecticut Ave., altho' I prefer surface-traffic avoidance via the Rock Creek Parkway), and relatively far away from everything else except perhaps the U.S. Naval Observatory (whose exhibits might have been moved into the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum).  Catholic U., e.g., is as far beyond the Zoo as the Zoo is beyond the White House.

I now wish I'd posted my contrarian opinion 2 days ago when I originally drafted it.

This is more than they could possibly do in a dayI am happy to give other suggestions if you are interested in other places. [....]

Indeed.  A classic example of understatement.

I take it, given circuмstances mentioned by Matthew in another topic, that his choices of places he visits are sensitive to price.  But let's get real: He & his son will run out of time long before they run out of tourist attractions that have free admission courtesy of our federal government.

That written, I recognize that it's his & his son's trip, and thus not up to me to decide what he visits.

As I mentioned in one of the other threads about the Consecration, I wasn't able to set up the necessary equipment to live-stream without detrimentally effecting the quality of the 'main' video. Basically, it would have been too much to handle at once.
Thank goodness for Matthew's quick uploading of his videos, to watch in the meantime, while the 'polished' video gets put together.
