What problem do you have with me exactly?  That I posted well docuмented information about a chemical company in Germany and its known atrocities during WWII?

What you posted is a single article, madame.  And then you call it "well docuмented information" about an I G Farben/Auschwitz, as if that fact should affect the price of beer, as if it were truly germane to the discussion.  Then you accuse me of not reading a sufficient number of books, and not spending more time in my local library.  I have an enormous problem with so-called "traditional Catholics" like you.   Admittedly, I have become more intolerant in my old age, especially of politically correct "Catholics" like you, who can't see the forest for the trees.

I posted a single link sir, as a reference point.  I don't have the time or feel it necessary to print 5, 10, or 20 links, or copies of congressional records, or scan excerpts from books.  I figured that everyone here is old enough and has the knowledge enough to do that for themselves.  If you don't know about IG Farben and their contributions to WWII and the experimentation and extermination of the people in the work camps, then you, sir, are not well informed, hence the suggestion to read more up on the subject.  But to attack me because you don't like my kind is intolerable.

The information on IG Farben is well docuмented.  That is a fact.  And that is a fact that is often kept out of the media and certainly the US History books.

The propaganda surrounding WWII, Hitler, Germany and the Jєωs is incredible.  And any person who challenges the status quo regarding the issue is attacked for their personal comments or character.  That  is one most commonly used logical fallacies of all time.

So rather than spout your ad hominem argument, why not actually address the issue that groups of people, whether it be governments or religious groups or industries, have actually suppressed and twisted the information to support their own personal agendas.

I am not sure what kind of traditional Catholic you think I am.  But whatever.

Your personal attack was unfounded, irrational, and illogical.

Cathmom, let's cut to the chase:

    1) Do you believe that Hitler "exterminated" most of European Jєωry?  Because that's what Raul Hilberg asserts in his book, The Destruction of European Jєωry  And Hilberg is considered one of the foremost experts on the "h0Ɩ0cαųst."

    2)  Do you believe that at least a million people, most of them Jєωs. were killed in "gas chambers" at Auschwitz, by means of Zyklon B pellets dropped through holes in chamber roofs?  (It was 4 million in an earlier narrative.)

Please, just answer these questions, and a lot of unnecessary verbiage back and forth can be avoided.  Thank you.

    No.

Interesting enough, since you mention him, Raul Hilberg estimates that about 35,000 people were killed at IG Farben based on personnel files.  Those people included many foreign workers some from Italy and Britain.

"No" what?  "No," you don't believe that a million Jєωs were gassed in Auschwitz? and "No," you don't believe that European Jєωry was nearly exterminated  by Hitler?

Or, perhaps, you mean that "no, I will not answer your very simple questions, at least not clearly?"

I have gone back over this thread about 5 or 6 times trying to figure out what I said that has provoked your ire and criticism with me in particular.  I have yet to figure that out.

My only comment on this thread, before you began harassing and belittling me, was one simply about the chemical company IG Farben who had a facility at Auschwitz and who was known to use its own employees and the people in the work camp associated with its facility and what has now become the poster camp for the Jєωs.

I made zero evaluation regarding Hitler, the Jєωs, or WWII.  I simply stated that this chemical company killed its own employees, sometimes with Zyklon gas.

Then after you attacked me personally because I made a simply statement that this information has been left out of the history books, which it has, you continued to harass me.

    I don't deserve your attacks.

  • Cathmom, no one is harassing you.  You choose to come on a discussion forum and publish your opinions and views.  Expect to be challenged, especially when items like Zykon B are introduced, and especially when you allege that Zyklon B was used to kill people in gas chambers.  So I'll ask again.  Hopefully your answer will contain a bit more than "No."  Because, quite frankly, I did not understand what you meant by "No."  So I'll ask again:

    1) Do you believe that Hitler "exterminated" most of European Jєωry?  Because that's what Raul Hilberg asserts in his book, The Destruction of European Jєωry  And Hilberg is considered one of the foremost experts on the "h0Ɩ0cαųst."

Please don't act so put upon.  You can answer these questions in at least a full sentence.  This is not hard.  These are not trick questions.

We don't need to hear more about IG Farben or Nuremberg.  Just simple declarative sentences in answer to the questions originally posed.

  • It is quite a tall order trying to upturn a century of official history if you regard the circuмstances surrounding the Great War as germane to this issue. Most people that do have something of an enquiring mind do not bother in this case and prefer a quiet life by staying out of it. Even with current affairs one finds oneself on a hiding to nothing daring to suggest alternatives to widely accepted establishment positions. In play here is not just the provision of facts about true events and the application of logic but the meeting of personal psychologies leading to some rather fruitless exercises. Throw in a lot of passion and personal motivation and you are lucky if anything constructive ensues. Having official history on your side is a powerful advantage; you are having to alter the direction of the herd!

  • Without wanting to contribute yet more to Cathmom's persecution complex, I would still like her to  answer the two questions I posed earlier in clear, unmistakable English.
