the attribute of infallibility Jesus Christ endowed His Church, has never been invoked to impose the modern novelties as formal objects of Divine and Catholic faith.  Despite having complete control over the bureaucratic institution of the Church this has never been done.  I believe the reason that this has not been done is because God will not allow it.  Furthermore, I believe that they know God will not allow it.  To get around this problem, they have gone to great lengths to impose the "Second Vatican Council and the post-conciliar teachings" by creating the novel doctrine of the "submission of the mind and will" or as Lumen Gentium says, "submission of the soul" to the "authentic magisterium."

Every Catholic has the right to appeal on questions of faith and morals to the infallible Chair of St. Peter:

Pope Benedict has offered Bishop Felly an opportunity to demand from Pope Benedict that he teach from the Chair of Peter invoking the extra-ordinary Magisterium of the Church to declare definitively and infallibly the "Second Vatican Council and the post-conciliar teachings" that are necessary to believe for "reintegration" to the Church.  We hold that the "Second Vatican Council and the post-conciliar teachings" are corrupted with heretical doctrine.  

The demand for an infallible declaration on the "Second Vatican Council and the post-conciliar teachings" is analogous to a medieval "trial by ordeal." Jesus Christ has promised that His Church will teach definitively only the truth.  We are confident in our Lord's promises.  God will destroy Pope Benedict before He lets him use the infallibility of the Church to make God a liar. Imagine the absurdity of just trying to articulate the doctrine of Religious Liberty into a dogmatic categorical proposition; Religious Liberty, the doctrine that holds that the dignity of the creature is so exalted that he has the right to reject the revealed truth of his Creator.  

The Pope cannot ignore this demand and fall back upon the canonical penalties for failing to "submit the mind and the will" to the "authentic magisterium." Unlike secular criminal procedures which are adversarial, the goal of any judicial canonical trial is to conduct an inquiry to arrive at truth no matter the cost.  The purpose of any canonical penalty is to bring about repentance therefore, any canonical penalty is an act of charity. It is an act of charity to bring the erring to the truth.  Truth and Charity are inseparable.  God Who is Truth and Charity cannot be divided.  When the attribute of infallibility that He has blessed His Church is invoked we can be certain the outcome will both truthful and charitable even if a few liars have to die.

Fantastic!  I always knew the Holy Ghost was not invoked at Vat2 because they realized He would upset their plans.  However, I think Benedict 16 is too aware of this too.

If this correct according to Pope Paul vi himself had said that Satan was now in the sanctuary.  even Pope John XXIII on his deathbed cried out to stop the council!

The holy "spirit" has been used by vatican Ii to justify alot of sins, heresies, etc.  I have advised local vatican II diocese and they even names my old parish the community of the holy spirit.

But in promulgating the sixteen docuмents of Vatican II, Paul VI DID invoke the Holy Spirit by means of the following formula, which he used to conclude each and every one of them (only the underlined words varying, according to the class of docuмent, eg: Constitution, Declaration, Decree).:

Haec omnia et singula quae in hac Constitutione dogmatica edicta sunt, placuerunt Sacrostancti Concilii Patribus. Et Nos, Apostolica a Christo Nobis tradita potestate, illa, una cuм Venerabilibus Patribus, in Spiritu Sancto approbamus, decernimus ac statuimus et quae ita synodaliter statuta sunt ad Dei gloriam promulgari iubemus.

In the translation by Walter Abbott, SJ, this is rendered as:

I suggest that the Holy Spirit responded to this blasphemy by permitting “their plans” to be implemented and by withdrawing the grace that would have prevented the ensuing and mounting mess that has patently come in the wake of Vatican II.
