Fellay is not mentioned as a Krah friend - below water line.

What's suspicious about Romanov's CV?

He went to two of the world's best business schools and works for Russian Railways.  

He shares the same, fairly unusual surname as the Russian royal family.

He's not Jєωιѕн.

What am I missing?
