This move has been necessary for a long time.
Why? Here are just a few examples ALL FACTS NOT RUMOR.
•When Fr. Zendejas was transferred from the SSPX retreat house and a novus ordo priest one Fr. Goldaddy and another priest one Fr. Violette took over the first thing they did was to begin throwing out all of the beautiful statuary and artwork or selling off what they thought would bring them money. They didn't stop there with their destruction. Why? Why would any good priest in their right minds do such a thing? You'll have to figure that one out for yourselves because the only answer I can come up with is it is diabolical.
These “facts” are incorrect and the reason one should be cautious as to what one reads/believes from the internet! Get the facts straight!
I attended Mass at Ridgefield since the mid 80’s and was a parishioner from 1999 - 2015 at Ridgefield.
Father Michael Goldade is not a Novus Ordo priest. He was ordained in 2004 by the SSPX and was raised in Saint Mary's Kansas. He became Prior in Ridgefield after Father Zendejas left (2008 ?) till 2014.
Father Violette took over as Prior when Father Goldade was transferred and still currently the Prior.
The Novus Order priest you are thinking of is Msgr James Byrnes. He came to Rdigefirld in 2013 and was ordained in November 1986 by Cardinal O'Connor at St Patrick Cathedral in NYC.
Msgr Byrnes is the reason a few families (mine included) broke all ties with the SSPX as Msgr was appointed principle of the school.
I am not aware of any statuary or artwork being sold as Christ the King Church looks the same as when Father Zendejas completed the Church; beautiful Altar, statues, stain glass windows.
Physically, nothing has changed inside except the addition of a photo of the Pope.
Where did your information came from as it is not true?
