The World at large needs Catholic Bishops.  Now there is one more.

what diocese does he serve ? by whose authority other than
Bishop Williamson, another bishop with no diocese ?

Who are you to judge?

In all seriousness, the Church is in an emergency state right now.

As for your hint at jurisdiction, can one who wants to blend Catholicism with the World then seek to impose his iron will on Catholicism?  The novus ordites are attempting to eradicate Catholicism by replacing it with Conciliarism.  They had a stronger hand in the 1970's.  That's no longer the case with the problems of their attrition.

The Catholic World needs diocese-free Bishops at this time in Catholic history.

I visited the Catholic Answers forum and was reminded of how truly bad things really are in the novus ordo.

The SSX remaining bishops are going to have to confront this issue also, now or in the future.

No, I'm not. It's a valid question and I did not mean it
in any way to make some larger opinion at all.

- not a Bishop of Rome.
- not a Bishop of SSPX (a.k.a. Rome according to most of you)

a Bishop of WHAT ? with jurisdiction over WHOM ?
