FIRST COMMITMENTS OF OBLATES IN THE SAJM

On September 15, on the feast of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows, patron saint of the Oblate sisters of the SAJM, Monsignor Faure received the first engagements of Sister Marie-Elisabeth and Sister Maria Salomé, during the community-sung Mass of the seminary Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort.

    Deo gratias!

  • Wow, this and the other thread about the first priest ordained in the Resistance.

As I said in that thread, this is just like the early 1970's in the SSPX. Small, but faithful and growing.

  • Very nice to see photos of the Oblate sisters of the SAJM, on the feast day of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows.
"It is licit to resist a Sovereign Pontiff who is trying to destroy the Church. I say it is licit to resist him in not following his orders and in preventing the execution of his will. It is not licit to Judge him, to punish him, or to depose him, for these are acts proper to a superior."

    ~St. Robert Bellarmine
    De Romano Pontifice, Lib.II, c.29
