  • "Nonserviam!” His ExcellencyBishop Williamson"

Another Pablo production on OLMC website.  This sure makes Fr. Pfeiffer look bad...IMHO.  If he keeps up these attacks, or atleast passive approval, who will ordain his seminarians in KY.

His seminarians should've been transferred to France, in my opinion.....
We conclude logically that religion can give an efficacious and truly realistic answer to the great modern problems only if it is a religion that is profoundly lived, not simply a superficial and cheap religion made up of some vocal prayers and some ceremonies...

  • If this weren't so tragic it would be laughable.

By Not consecrating another Bishop, he remains unchallenged in mater ecclesiae.

The single-word exclamation looked odd, but that's because the verb is 4th declension (fut.-act. indic. 1st-pers. sg.), thus "I will not serve", or "I will not help".

Even though it might clarify the intent, I'm not going to risk viewing an alleged Adobe Flash video by the often technically clueless "pablo"

But the headlined Latin word is seriously ambiguous: Is it expressing the opinion of "pablo" or Fr. Pfeiffer?  Or is it daring to put an obstructionist word into the mouth--or keyboard--of Bp. Williamson?

    --------
Note #: Whose effort is too slipshod to provide the space character that's obviously required within his "ExcellencyBishop".

    LOL.

Yes.  I don't know if you were forced to speak Latin at lunch on Fridays when you were at Winona.

This was the only phrase used by a certain seminarian.

That was my guess. I think I know who you mean.

Yes, I do remember those Latin Fridays. Quite a bit of ham-fisted Latin going on...

Verbs are never declined! Only nouns are declined! Verbs are conjugated, and there is no form of the present tense Latin verb that ends with an "m".

Sorry, the irregular verbs do end with an "m" as in "sum" and "possum". Non serviam is a 1st person, singular present irregular conjugation.

Pablo should have never been doing anything other than driving, setting up tables & chairs, and excusing himself or being dismissed when any substantive conversation commenced.

  •  :facepalm:Astonishingly puerile!
St. Francis Xavier threw a Crucifix into the sea, at once calming the waves.  Upon reaching the shore, the Crucifix was returned to him by a crab with a curious cross pattern on its shell.

It isn't beyond the realms of probability that "Pablo" is just publicly expressing the private frustrations of Fr. Pfeiffer. It may soon come to pass that Fr. P. has to force +W's hand and threaten to approach Bp. Sanborn etc., if he continues to refuse to consecrate.

  • I wonder if Pablo will be upset if Bishop Williamson consecrates a bishop but chooses someone other than Father Pfeiffer.

There is no doubt about it; Fr. Pffeifer will never be conscrated a bishop by +Williamson.  When you consider that there are other priests with more experience who were close to Archbishop Lefebvre, this is not serious. Is this what this is about?  Is this his character? An overly ambitious, divisive attitude?

First these Pffeiferites made him "the superior of the resistance priest" now they demand that Bishop Williamson "not refuse to consecrate".  Is this serious?  It's like they are children from some backwoods place living in their parents house.  What next? Invite their parents as electors?
