World Youth Day.  Young people should not be having any sex period until they are ready for the sacrament of God’s marriage between male and female.

The hand gesture is the sign for "I love you" in American Sign Language, and if that's all it's supposed to be, nothing to see here.

But while Tagle speaks English, Francis really doesn't.   I don't know what the sign is, if any, for "ti amo" in Italian or "te amo" in Spanish.  It may be international, such as the phrase "OK".  And then there's this:
