  • The most useful tool that has helped me to stay objective in the SSPX crisis is listening to old material.  Fr. Pulvermacher (I apologize if I misspelled) sermons, Fr. Doran's Family Conferences, Dr. White's lectures to the seminarians, Bishop Williamson's Doctrinal Conferences, as well as old Angelus articles, just to name a few.

When one references those, and then listens to the two sides argue, it is clear that one side is closer to the SSPX of old.  Has anyone brought these materials up to priests and laity that claim nothing has changed?

Where can we find these?  I know some of Dr. White's lectures are for sale from the seminary but what of the others?  Where can we find the old Angelus articles?

  • As of now all of Fr. Doran's audio is up.  The Cloister of the Home, Catholic Action, and Reign of Christ are very good.  Better practical advice than any spiritual reading I've ever come across.  Dr. White's Moby Dick is up, but nothing else.  I think they rotate his stuff, but I'm not certain.

The old Angelus magazines are found from the older parishoners who have been in it for the long haul.  Ask around and they might have them.

  • Some old Angelus articles are available online, at least for now.

    Angelus archive

e.g. If you scroll down, they go back to around 1978.

Old Rector's Letters from Bishop Williamson are still available here, except for some that were deemed too controversial.

There is a lot of stuff available here, including whole books.

I'm sorry to be so dense but where is "up"?
