  • I strongly suspect that--for starters--you've chosen the wrong sex gender, i.e., the tiny shield's marginal text should be translated approximately thus:

"She [i.e.: B.V.M.] has not more remarkably helped each nation"[†]

That, I suspect, is a reference to the peasant garment of Guadalupe, which stands by itself as (Marian) evidence that's been shown repeatedly to be far beyond the technical means of the time in which it was presented.  Which is physically far more compelling than the Marian evidence that any other nation has recieved.

    -------
    Note †:
    "fac·io, -ĕre, fēc·i, fact·um": intrans.+dat.: "to assist, to help".
"tal·is, -e": adj. "of such a [special] kind, remarkable", except that "-iter" indicates that it was a comparative adverb, and must have its translation adjusted accordingly.
"omn·is, -e": adj. "all, every, whole"; as sing. "each, every one" (out of many).
    .
I seem to recall hearing that this Latin sentence was used hundreds of years ago regarding La Virgen de Guadalupe.
    .
There might be translations of it for popular consumption from way back when.
    .
An online Latin translator rendered "so" for "taliter." But I know, Latin isn't just that simple.
