I don't think I met you while you were here.  But, I was kept rather busy busy between choir and playing music for the 2nd day's potluck.  (Thanks to the others from here you pitched in and brought their instruments as well!)
I am the only traditional Catholic in my family.  So, I can understand where you are coming from...  It can certainly be a battle.  But, will certainly do our best to persevere, spread hope amongst the faithful, and keep fighting the good fight for the glory of God and salvation of souls!
Thank you! The music was incredible. God Bless!

Your message is good to read. Welcome to Tradition!
.
This is a commonly found case that you are all alone. I can stand on top of a local hill and see literally millions of people's homes and businesses, and a considerable number of these are Catholics but they are largely unaware of the crisis in the Church or have no idea that Traditional Catholicism is still alive and well.
.
The day will come when our children will ask us how this could have happened, and we had better be ready to tell the story because we lived through it, and if we can't tell it then their children won't believe that it happened according to the books that have been written if nobody alive can tell them they were there.
.
COUNT IT AS NO SMALL MATTER THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS GRACE OF AWARENESS.
.
And God bless you for acting courageously on the actual grace of conversion. Congratulations!
.
These are profound words. Thank you.

I am very grateful that the music worked out as well as it did...  Only half of our normal choir people were able to make it, and we had a lot of trouble with the sound system...  :-[
God knows best though, and always seems to pull us through everything when we place all of our trust in Him!   ;D

NON FECIT TALITER OMNI NATIONI:

He Did Not Do So with Any [other] Nation

I strongly suspect that--for starters--you've chosen the wrong sex gender, i.e., the tiny shield's marginal text should be translated approximately thus:

"She [i.e.: B.V.M.] has not more remarkably helped each nation"[†]

That, I suspect, is a reference to the peasant garment of Guadalupe, which stands by itself as (Marian) evidence that's been shown repeatedly to be far beyond the technical means of the time in which it was presented.  Which is physically far more compelling than the Marian evidence that any other nation has recieved.

-------
Note †:
"fac·io, -ĕre, fēc·i, fact·um": intrans.+dat.: "to assist, to help".
"tal·is, -e": adj. "of such a [special] kind, remarkable", except that "-iter" indicates that it was a comparative adverb, and must have its translation adjusted accordingly.
"omn·is, -e": adj. "all, every, whole"; as sing. "each, every one" (out of many).

I especially liked hearing the Magnificat immediately following the consecration of Russia (in the video - I wasn't able to attend). We do it the same way in our chapel (alternating unison for odd verses and harmony for even verses, as interpreted from the St. Gregory Hymnal, No. 216).
.
I can't imagine a more appropriate hymn for that occasion. Good choice, and good job!
.
Something really funny happened today. Last week we gave pitches for our recessional hymn but the alto was mistakenly played an octave too high and the sopranos said they couldn't hear their pitch, so for the first verse we had no melody, only a weak alto, with tenor and bass singing louder to make up for the missing sopranos. Then for the second verse the sopranos came in all right. Some of us made some jokes about that after Mass, like "Next time we sing that, we'll have a chance to redeem ourselves" and "That's what you get for leaving the keyboard in the trunk!"
.
Then today, a member of the congregation sought me out to tell me how nice the recessional sounded last week, with the nice, deep tone at the beginning. I said, "But our sopranos were missing by MISTAKE. It wasn't intentional." She assured me that whatever we did, it sounded really nice.
.
Go figure! Sometimes even blunders get cleaned up by some unseen influence.
