Feast of Our Lady of  the Holy Rosary

      Dear Friends and Benefactors:

One year had passed by since the official foundation of our Monastery on October 7, 2013, and we want to thank you all the support and  for your invaluable prayers. you have been offering for us.

The unprecedented crisis in the Catholic Church forces us to a greater fidelity, prayer, and watchfulness in order to continue in the path of knowledge, love and service to God.

Today more than ever we need religious vocations and monasteries to be fortresses of the faith and the truth. We need them if we want to keep alive the riches of the Holy Mother Church, in her millenary  traditional liturgy and sacraments; we need fortresses for the faith and many soldiers in order to fight and make other to know and fight against the enemies of Our Lord Jesus Christ with strenght and without compromises.

This is what we search for and wish with God´s grace, for our Monastery and for all of you.

Your prayers and help have been very important for us and meanwhile we pray and sacrifice for you; as we consider you as members of our  monastic family since each one of you have cooperated with this work in different ways, and this work of God is truly yours and for you.

We want also to share with you the joyful news that our dear Brother Ignatius is going to take his temporal vows in our Monastery San José the next October 12th, Feast of Our Lady Aparecida. We ask prayers for our dear Brother so that God may dispose him and receive his h0Ɩ0cαųst for His greater glory and for the salvation of our own souls and families.  He makes a full sacrifice of himself to God, a real miracle of grace in these days of universal apostasy through which we are living today.

Lastly, we ask you to send to us the list of your faithful departed by email, so that we may include them in the daily masses which we will be offering for their relief during the next month of November.  Here is our email address: benedictinosdesanjose@gmail.com.

     With our prayers and blessing

      Father Rafael  OSB
