This, I like seeing. I'll definitely enjoy listening to this for a while, and have shared it around to who I believe will like listening to it.

Thank you!

Please keep letting people know! Nothing is fixed in stone.

Even right now just looking at altering the schedule a little to better suit people's routines.

The goal is not to sell a product, or even for entertainment, but for spiritual and intellectual nourishment. Which explains what I said just above about giving people some levity between the tracks. But the ideal is to have back and forth podcasts with casual talk at certain times of day. Pierced by prayer and by the doctrinal tracks.
So if people want to leave it on all day during work or driving, they're not mentally exhausted by it.

The idea behind the music is just simply to give people a break to get up and do something and to clearly mark out a distinction between tracks. It also just adds some levity to what is otherwise a heavy and serious subject matter. Once we get volunteers for live shows it should make it lighter even more. Do you wanna do a show? The platform is there for you. Just send a DM. If people really dont like the music it can be changed. I think you can just consider it a few moments to switch off mentally and do something as a break. Radio needs that because of the way people listen to radio which is not really like podcasts or youtube.  But there's no immoral music ever on it.

When you say "A section", in what sense do you mean that? Like a part of the website? or a "recent sermons" hour at a certain time of day? The latter has been a thought alright. The former can equally be done. Fairly easily.

For the moment donations are not being asked for. It might be needed to just pay for hosting and the web domain, that its tolerable for anyone with a job. Besides, when you see how they cancelled Matthew's payments, it makes you reluctant.

Anyone who has a podcast already and is reading this, please feel free to submit it! It means a bigger audience since it will be played more than once. We can even do a special section for homemade podcasts so people know they are listening to something recent. People prefer that.
I get the point of breaks, like the music on AM/FM radio, I would prefer it be real and not AI generated. As well as the vocal intermissions. It serves it's purpose, however it takes me out of the audible "comfort" of listening. I'll have it on in the background, and when I hear those robot instruments start it takes me out of whatever I'm doing for a moment. It's far better than listening to a novus ordo station, but it's the one thing that can change to make it truly seamless. Hiring Catholic musicians to record would be great.

I have always wanted to have my own talk show. I know how to do it and I would like to pursue it once I have ample free time, commenting on current events and saying prayers, if that is of interest for a time slot and replays I will do it. However I can't see it happening sooner than 10 months from right now.

I mean a section of the website to replay recently played segments. That would be great. I find it even more convenient to listen to the same sermon automatically the next day, packing the same sermon once a day multiple times a week is a good strategy. Both are equally useful.
