Msgr. Vigano supports Coalition for Canceled Priest.  Coalition for Canceled Priest are not priest, no holy orders.  They do not recognize the True Mass, therefore there is no Precious Blood.  These so called canceled priest do not want the True Mass, they want to be reinstated, says so on Billboards.  Msgr. Vigano, if he knows the true mass, but does not accept before Vat. II, why does he remain new order and support new order. Hm?
