I received word a few minutes ago that Mr. Pfeiffer, father of Frs. Joe and Tim Pfeiffer, is in very poor health with cardiac disease.  He’s had a number of heart attacks and strokes the last few years and is suffering from mild dementia.  No matter our opinion of his youngest son’s antics, let’s pray for him.  He and his wife did a lot of hard work behind the scenes in the 1970 and 1980s to found tradition in America.

Of course!

Parents aren't responsible for how their children turn out due to their own free will. Just look at how holy Fr. Timothy Pfeiffer turned out! We can be reasonably sure the two boys were raised the same way. Just because a grown child isn't on the right path decades later after they leave home, that's not the parents' fault.

And at any rate, any fellow Traditional Catholic is worthy of prayers, especially any pioneers of the Traditional Movement such as Mr. Pfeiffer.
