For those of you who think immodesty is a small matter or is not important, you are grievously mistaken, and are unknowingly complicit with the enemies of the Church, namely the Freemasons, and so are the clergy who think immodesty does not matter, or care little for correcting it. The irony is that traditional Catholic laity and clergy like this, claim to be against the Freemasons.

The following is taken from "Dressing with Dignity", Colleen Hammond.

"Religion does not fear the dagger’s point; but it can vanish under corruption. Let us not grow tired of corruption: we may use a pretext, such as sport, hygiene, health resorts. It is necessary to corrupt, that our boys and girls practice nudism in dress. To avoid too much reaction, one would have to progress in a methodical manner: first, undress up to the elbow; then up to the knees; then arms and legs completely uncovered; later, the upper part of the chest, the shoulders, etc. etc."

I am writing this post for the sake of those who read this thread, and who are scandalized by those who have been unreasonable on this topic, and they know who they are.
I don't think there is one person on this site that condones immodesty.  But we are dealing with entirely different situations and circuмstances today than when these exhortations were written by the Popes.  The society standards were entirely different from today.  The Popes were seeing immodestly creeping in and were trying to stop further decadence and decay.  In our present day circuмstances, pants, shorts,  tattoos, piercings, swimsuits and all the decay from the sɛҳuąƖ revolution is on full display and is the norm.  By the grace of God, many souls have, and are, converting from this insanity.  It takes time for people to understand the teachings of the Church and modify their actions.  We really can not stand in judgement of others we see who do not dress according to traditional standards because they may be in the process of seeking the truth, just converting or inquiring about the faith.  That's where I came from and I'm glad no one threw me out 30 years ago when I first came to tradition.

If you have one or two individuals as you've described among the group, why wouldn't you simply choose a different photo for your advertisement? Putting the "exceptions" on the front of a flyer suggests that they aren't exceptions and communicates to others that the attire is acceptable for the event.

It being Lent, I'll move along and get back to the quiet. But I want to say one more thing. There is something insidiously wrong with the spirit of the person who has tried to undermine the reputations of Roy and Zepeda. It's not a holy spirit. It stinks to high Heaven. I've seen this spirit up close and personal in chapels. It is the spirit of the serpent.

What truly holy and God loving woman hides behind a keyboard and tells tales on a priest? If her mission is so righteous, let her accuse him in her own name.

Did she confront him privately before exposing his reputation to harm?

Reputation killers, who expose what they have a moral obligation to conceal, are execrable monsters. Their sin is always worse than the pecadillos they shill in public.

Call me liberal, feminist, or any name you want. There's nothing wrong with the women in the picture of Fr. Zepeda's camp. I, who never wear pants out, unless it be flannels in deep cold, would probably wear pants in a forest setting like that, to protect my body from insects and sweat. Any time I go in the woods, I wear pants for protection.

I noticed a weird tone in this creepy poster's comments to Gray. As if she were Gray's abbess and moral guide.

And where did everyone go? It seems all the regular members have stopped posting? Why?

I wish everyone a good remainder of Lent and a very happy Easter!

I forgot to mention something.

Notice that this creep, twice I think, called Bp. Roy "Fr. Roy."

Now that ain't righteousness, holiness, graciousness, wisdom or modesty. It's your run of the mill traddish political mud slinging. This old hag is what I call forum halitosis.

That was my thought.  How could someone make these public accusations about a priest?  I hope she is prepared to answer for that on judgment day.
