Laramie, I see you've taken some advice from one of the modernists, Terry Carroll. Never mind that he will deny the accusation, anyone who knows better as he certainly should, would never and could never support or promote others attending The Great Sacrilege when you should have been assisting at the SSPX instead.

Matthew started this excellent thread that helps explain and un-confuse the confusion embraced by many and advanced by the modernists as regards the issue of jurisdiction.

In a nutshell, there is the True Mass and there is the False (new) mass. There is the True faith and there is false (new) faith. The Modernists change the order of true-false to the order of authority-obedience, then use authority as a weapon against truth, just like CMTV - coincidence? No, it's no coincidence. Avoid Carroll and co and seek the truth - if you do this, it will lead you out of the NO and the Sacrifice of Cain, and into the True faith and Holy Sacrifice of Calvary.

I agree with this. Stay far, far away from Terry Carroll and his ilk.

I would always recommend attending an SSPX Mass instead of the Novus Ordo.

I woke up this afternoon, and I talked to the wife about doing this. She says that the Society is in the right for trying to keep Catholicism Catholic, and that the reason people talk bad about the Church is because of all of the changes, the priests who are not doing the same thing as they are supposed to be.

But I'd like to inform her more on this issue. Isn't there some kind of an SSPX video that is informative for people who are curious about it? I'd prefer that we both have our eyes wide open, because if/when other parishioners from our past learn about our involvement with the SSPX, I'm sure it won't be pretty. Best that my wife is fully aware of the score.

Does anyone have a good video to recommend?
