You are not up to speed with the facts:

    1) All their public statements (by Bishops de Galaretta and Tissier de Mallerais) against a practical accord preceded the General Chapter.

    2) They have made no public statements against an accord since the General Chapter.

    3) They both voted for the General Chapter Declaration, which was an official act of the SSPX allowing a practical accord before the doctrinal issues were resolved with the Romans.

    4) They both voted for the still-standing scandalous 6 conditions, which exist as a perpetual invitation for Rome to re-approach the SSPX with a merely practical accord.

    5) Their inaction, coupled with their silence, tell the world that they will go along with Menzingen, whatever they may think interiorly.

    6) And in this way, they present a shocking repetition of what happened at Varican II: Unity over doctrine and tradition.

Thanks for the lesson. Nevertheless, they (Bishops de Galaretta and Tissier de Mallerais) are not happy with the accord, and most important, they are not part of the Menzingen crowd.

The M crowd are only a few people, a stack of cards that can be brought down. The M crowd is composed of Bishop Fellay and a few people in key positions. Those few people were put into those positions they are in, not because they are qualified to do the best job, but because they are obedient to Fellay. They are like the appointments of Stalin. Stalin got rid of everyone that was qualified, and put in the people that were obedient to him.

Fr. Rostand is out of his league at responding to the internet forums questions, because he is not qualified to be a district superior. Fellay does not appoint qualified people, he appoints people obedient to him. This is another reason why it is a stack of cards, a facade. Not only are the M Crowd a few people, but those few are not qualified for there positions.

  • The Little Man Behind the Curtain

The Wizard of Oz, in his most embarrassing moment, thunders through a microphone that the Dorothy and her companions should ignore the little man who stands revealed when Toto pulls the curtain aside with his little teeth. "PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE LITTLE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN!" bellows the great Mask of Oz the Terrible.

Perhaps, instead, it is about time we began paying some attention to the little man behind the curtain (Bishop Fellay). His switches and controls have something to do with what we are experiencing, more than he would have us know.

He is just a Little Man hiding behind a big thundering screen! Do not be scared by him, he can be defeated. God is with us.

A good example of how God is with us, and in control,  was that when the Fellay was ready to sign the accord on the dotted line, the pope asked for two new capitulations, and then he appointed a hardline progressivist (heretic) Bishop Mueller. Bishop Fellay was ready to sign, and God put a roadblock in front of him. God is in control.

  • I am tending to agree with Ethelred that Europe has sold out. I believe the district superiors there have for some time worked hard on making their priests toe the line or remain silent. After that, the laity will follow suit. And don't expect much from the bishops collectively or individually. What opposition there is is coming from the old colonies; there is an independent spirit which is hard to contain.

  • Indeed -- Americans have a history of rebellion against tyranny.

Here's how we can live up to our reputation.

    Buy a customizable, self-inking stamper:

And put various messages on it, such as

    Stay informed! Visit www.cathinfo.com

...and other great messages which I'm sure you can think up. Then you can stamp this on bulletins, etc. when no one is looking.

It's self-contained and clean, so you can keep it in your pocket until you're ready to "strike" when the time is right (no one around). And you can change the message at any time, so you're not wasting your money. You can use it as a return address stamp or something once this SSPX crisis is over.

At my chapel, the toilet paper comes individually wrapped. You could stamp messages on the outside wrapper. Be creative!

My only standard is that I won't grafitti anything. Posters, even 8x11 sheets of paper with notices I consider off-limits. I would only stamp things that are "temporary" or disposable, like the weekly bulletins.

You could also print out various messages on plain copy paper and leave them here and there. We need to get the word out, in particular we need to show how HOLLOW the accordista arguments are (we must obey, unity above all else, "rumors", the nature of the Internet, etc.)

It is important to keep hammering away at the misdeeds of Menzingen in general and of Bishop Fellay in particular. One must stand on principle against their compromise and Stalinist crackdown. Eventually, those who do not flee the ship of accordistas will go down with it.

The question is, if you have no place to flee, what then? Home alone is very difficult on children, as well as adults.

    This is a great idea.

I might recommend stamping the Sunday envelopes - at random of course.

I'd like to put a certain "address" on them, but perhaps the website is a
better option.  Or get a stack of 3x5 index cards and stamp those, then place
them in the pew prayer card racks.  Stamp a few of the paper towels in the
restroom and return them to their dispenser.

It's really easy to get access to the pews, just volunteer to tidy up, or do some
maintenance.  You should wait a week or two before you start placing the
messages, in case someone is keeping track of your activities.  This is a good
example of why anonymity is an advantage.

  • As for the envelopes, something to make people think:

Bishop Bernard Fellay thanks you for your help.

All of us at Menzingen appreciate your concerns and assistance.

Your most gracious contribution to our agenda is most welcome.

Fr. Rostand (Coture, Morgan, Trejo ...) will know right away what to do with this.

Thank you for not funding the local Archdiocese miscreants, instead.

Remember your help is most needed at the truly Traditional Mass.

We hope you remain dedicated to support of our good priests.

  • "...The question is, if you have no place to flee, what then? Home alone is very difficult on children, as well as adults..."

Set aside a room (the best one) in your home as a Chapel.

Invite one of the Priests to come say Mass.

Pay his airfare and provide for his transportation.

    Feed him.

Between Masses, pray and do penance for him.

Make certain the poor are invited to your home for Mass.

That's how Roman Catholics do things.

    Do you know any?

    I do.

They are a great gift and blessing from Heaven.

  • Probably Matthew and Incredulous have watched this interesting movie?
    John Carpenter: They Live, 1988

Like in this film, also in the modern SSPX the not-so-good-guys are in absolute control, and the problem is that most society clerics and layfolk still don't have these glasses (from the movie) which allow them to see through...

  • I doubt that in our SSPX case some hero like Roddy Piper in the movie "They live" can simply hand over some glasses to the sleeping Catholic sheep, because in our Catholic world these "classes" are equal to the "love of the truth".
And so the sheep really would have to want the truth and to see through.
But alas, in their majority they prefer to be deceived by the church and world authorities I'm afraid, because it's more comfortable to blindly follow an alleged strong leader who allegedly cares for us.
In my experience most SSPX clerics & layfolk also believe the worldly lies, like h0Ɩ0h0αx, 9/11, etc etc etc etc etc, because they don't want to see through.

And so, as a result, we now get the great SSPX purge. God strained also the SSPX Catholics through a sieve now. Only a few will remain. And sooner or later these remaing  ones will formally or practically be outside of the SSPX, like Fathers Chazal and Pfeiffer are now, and like Bishop Williamson already is (de facto) since 2009. God bless this brave bishop and these brave fathers!

    (Youtube part XI.)
Quote from: Bishop Williamson at the Bristol Conference in June 2012

I was on the phone last night. Fr Joe Pfeiffer from the United States rang me up, the one who gave a blockbusting sermon that’s all over the internet, like Fr Chazal’s, and he said that Fr Laisney, who is a Bishop Fellay man, was really trying to put the pressure on Fr Chazal, and one of the things that Fr Laisney blurted out in the middle of his pressure-putting was that after the General Chapter there will be a purge. I think he was quoting Fr Pfluger.

Fr Pfluger is a real - how can I say? A strong man. I wanted to use the word “thug” but I can’t use the word “thug”. It’s not quite correct.

Fr Pfluger is not nearly as smart as Bishop Fellay. Bishop Fellay is smart, but Fr Pfluger is not smart but he is absolutely fanaticised. These people are now fanaticised, and they are driving for their goal, and their goal is to take over the Society and to get rid of the opposition.

Fr Chazal quoted Fr Pfluger, who said, “Wait until the General Chapter and then there will be a big purge.” So they’re going to get to the General Chapter, and they’re going to sail through the General Chapter with a majority, as they hope. They undoubtedly count on having a majority in their pocket, and then if they win the vote then there will be a great purge. Heads will roll afterwards. Anybody who’s in opposition will be eliminated, crushed, smashed, driven out.

    [..]

Bishop Fellay is cunning.  He’s very, very cunning.

P.S. But please, let's still hand over such "classes", i.e. tell the truth. Like the good Bishop and the Fathers do. Because even if the SSPX masses won't wake up, a few Catholics will. And these few are worth all our troubles!

  • Gosh, I must see this video. I need to charge up my belligerent batteries! This is classical revolutionary stuff going through its various stages: demoralisation, destabilisation, crisis, conflict, change and normalisation. The management coup d'etat is into the normality phase hiding its achievements back home behind the more dramatic 'retreat from Rome'. The Chapter were truly duped! Even if Menzingen was not able to enhance its status this time in the wider Catholic world, there is no doubt the Society is a much changed entity.

Don't be too sure about that. Remember:

God is with us, and in control. What happened when "all was lost" and Bishop Fellay was ready to sign the accord on the dotted line?  The pope (of all people!)asked for two new capitulations, and then he appointed a hardline progressivist (heretic) Bishop Mueller. Bishop Fellay was ready to sign, and God put a roadblock in front of him. God is in control.

The reason why you don't see much response from the laity in chapels is because they have been taught nothing about doctrine for years now. Outside of a few priests, the laity have been slow boiled by hollow sermons that any conservative Novus Ordo priest could have given. Give the laity one month of doctrine, like from Bishop Willamsom, Frs. Pfieffers, Hewko, Chazal and the South America priests, and you'll see the laity change overnight.

[ Haydock commentary- "Lest Israel glory against me"  - by this we see that God will not choose for his instruments in great achievements, which depend purely on his grace, such as, through pride and self-conceit, will take the glory to themselves. Ch. --- Yet Gedeon had only 32,000 to encounter 135,000 fighting men; so that if all had remained with him, they would each had to engage above four men, v. 3. C. viii. 10. M.]

3 Speak to the people, and proclaim in the hearing of all, Whosoever is fearful and timorous, let him return. So two and twenty thousand men went away from mount Galaad and returned home, and only ten thousand remained.

4 And the Lord said to Gedeon: The people are still too many, bring them to the waters, and there I will try them: and of whom I shall say to thee, This shall go with thee, let him go: whom I shall forbid to go, let him return. 5 And when the people were come down to the waters, the Lord said to Gedeon: They that shall lap the water with their tongues, as dogs are wont to lap, thou shalt set apart by themselves: but they that shall drink bowing down their knees, shall be on the other side. 6 And the number of them that had lapped water, casting it with the hand to their mouth, was three hundred men: and all the rest of the multitude had drunk kneeling. 7 And the Lord said to Gedeon: By the three hundred men, that lapped water, I will save you, and deliver Madian into thy hand: but let all the rest of the people return to their place. 8 So taking victuals and trumpets according to their number, he ordered all the rest of the multitude to depart to their tents: and he with the three hundred gave himself to the battle. Now the camp of Madian was beneath him in the valley.

9 The same night the Lord said to him: Arise, and go down into the camp: because I have delivered them into thy hand. 10 But if thou be afraid to go alone, let Phara thy servant go down with thee. 11 And when thou shalt hear what they are saying, then shall thy hands be strengthened, and thou shalt go down more secure to the enemies' camp. And he went down with Phara his servant into part of the camp, where was the watch of men in arms. 12 But Madian and Amalec, and all the eastern people lay scattered in the valley, as a multitude of locusts: their camels also were innumerable as the sand that lieth on the sea shore. 13 And when Gedeon was come, one told his neighbour a dream: and in this manner related what he had seen: I dreamt a dream, and it seemed to me as if a hearth cake of barley bread rolled and came down into the camp of Madian: and when it was come to a tent it struck it, and beat it down flat to the ground. 14 He to whom he spoke, answered: This is nothing else but the sword of Gedeon the son of Joas a man of Israel. For the Lord hath delivered Madian, and all their camp into his hand.

15 And when Gedeon had heard the dream, and the interpretation thereof, he adored: and returned to the camp of Israel, and said: Arise, for the Lord hath delivered the camp of Madian into our hands. 16 And he divided the three hundred men into three parts, and gave them trumpets in their hands, and empty pitchers, and lamps within the pitchers. 17 And he said to them: What you shall see me do, do you the same: I will go into one part of the camp, and do you as I shall do. 18 When the trumpet shall sound in my hand, do you also blow the trumpets on every side of the camp.

19 And Gedeon, and the three hundred men that were with him, went into part of the camp, at the beginning of the midnight watch, and the watchmen being alarmed, they began to sound their trumpets, and to clap the pitchers one against another. 20 And when they sounded their trumpets in three places round about the camp, and had broken their pitchers, they held their lamps in their left hands, and with their right hands the trumpets which they blew, and they cried out: The sword of the Lord and of Gedeon; 21 Standing every man in his place round about the enemies' camp. So all the camp was troubled, and crying out and howling they fled away. 22 And the three hundred men nevertheless persisted sounding the trumpets. And the Lord sent the sword into all the camp, and they killed one another, 23 Fleeing as far as Bethsetta, and the border of Abelmahula in Tebbath. But the men of Israel shouting from Nephtali and Aser, and from all Manasses pursued after Madian.

24 And Gedeon sent messengers into all mount Ephraim, saying: Come down to meet Madian, and take the waters before them to Bethbera and the Jordan. And all Ephraim shouted, and took the waters before them and the Jordan as far as Bethbera. 25 And having taken two men of Madian, Oreb and Zeb: Oreb they slew in the rock of Oreb, and Zeb in the winepress of Zeb. And they pursued Madian, carrying the heads of Oreb and Zeb to Gedeon beyond the waters of the Jordan.
