On Saturday I went to my first resistance Mass. It was at the apartment of a resistance supporter and there were about fifteen people there. The priest was Father Joseph Pfeiffer who was in town to do a funeral. He gave a good sermon. Part of it was him telling us that he believed Pope Francis or one of his successors will be converted to the true faith and after he converts he will consecrate Russia. He stayed to talk for a while after Mass about the world and about the Church and the SSPX. I had to leave before he left because it was getting late. Overall it was a good Mass and the sermon and the conversation after Mass was very good. He talked about how there were several stages to the SSPX losing the faith and that it started in the 80's when Bishop Fellay took over control of the SSPX. Also he mentioned an SSPX priest I have a great respect for who I will not name (for his sake) and he told us that this priest was a secret supporter of the resistance. Nobody recorded the sermon or the talk afterwards so you won't be seeing it on youtube.
I was glad to be there and Father Pfeiffer was impressive (as expected).
