The recording contains interesting updates. Diocesan bi-ritual priests now say mass in XSPX venues and XSPX priests say mass in diocesan bi-ritual venues. Menzingen marches relentlessly toward Indultarianism. The +Fellay-Krah-Guttman revolution continues unabated.

He raised expectations that the French would act and now they have.

So Diocesan priests are saying Mass on SSPX property? I'm not concerned with SSPX priests saying Mass on "diocesan property" as I was involved in a dispute with a diocese that refused to allow an SSPX priest say Mass in a prison, the diocesan priest claiming it was under his chapel and jurisdiction. We saw it as a great victory that the SSPX priest eventually did offer Holy Mass in the prison chapel, considered as the flock of the diocese. Who cares. Boo frickin hoo. SSPX says Mass at a diocese venue. Hurray for that priest.

Where are diocesan priestS saying Mass in SSPX "venues"??? Please explain. If this is a rumor based on hearsay that's too bad for those involved. If it's true it can be used to bring more priests to the resistance cause. If it's false it will turn people away. I think it's very important to say things like this. It requires a certain degree of prudence.
We conclude logically that religion can give an efficacious and truly realistic answer to the great modern problems only if it is a religion that is profoundly lived, not simply a superficial and cheap religion made up of some vocal prayers and some ceremonies...

Listen to Fr. Pfeiffer's talk to understand.

  • I liked this talk. And he did reference the priest's name. Very good talk.

This mp3 file, Fr. Pfeiffer Update Conference - Veneta, Oregon Jan 12 2014, plays well on VLC Player.  The fidelity is a little reduced and there is a bit of 'tinniness' in the tone, but the words are clear and comprehensible.

On top of that, it's a very good sermon.

    3 things that happened
1 - The condemnation of Fr. Pinot - for an article signed by 37 French priests, and Fr. Pinot had done a spell check on the letter, for which he was so-called stripped of his priestly functions (forbidden to say Mass or hear confessions, etc., an injunction).  But he continues to say Mass and all, anyway.  This false injunction has no canonical power and the so-called trial was a sham.  +F has no jurisdiction in the first place but in this particular case this attempt to MUZZLE a good priest is simply a WICKED act.  It is not a crime to do a spell check on a letter.

2 - Fr. Fivere (sp?) has changed from reticence to action.
[I don't see his name on the LIST of 48 ("45") priests]
He wrote a book, 300-400 page compilation of the writings of ABL, and +F has officially FORBIDDEN the book, but in the October conference in Kansas he said that we can read Pope Francis' sermons, but we must be careful.  So it's okay to read what Pope Francis is putting out with care but we are forbidden from reading what ABL wrote.  Some SSPX bookstores in France (the book is only available in French) are selling the book, and other such bookstores are BURNING the book.  This is causing a scandal among French priests.

3 - The new Rosary Crusade...........
Regarding the 3 intentions of the new rosary crusade:

(2nd intention)  Tradition returning to the church - has several interpretations.
Easily can mean that the traditional Catholics should return to conciliar Rome.
Calling the Blessed Virgin Mary to pray for ambiguous intentions with several interpretations, all of which are deceptive, is a blasphemy against Our Lady.

+Fellay said, I never wanted to deal with the Modernists, what I want to deal with is Rome, and we must have a 'deal' or we're not Catholic.  His evil rosary intentions are causing priests to stand up.

This is the greatest departure of priests in the history of the SSPX.  Priests are demanding that Bishop Fellay should RESIGN.

minute 23 - Bishop Tissier apologizes for having signed the SARD in July 2013.

There are many priests in France who are ready to rise up to oppose the wickedness of the Menzingen-denizens, but they're waiting for a leader.  Fr. de Coqueray is the one they're looking up to, if he gets the grace to act before he is replaced in August with some liberal.
